I don't think a woman as attractive as you is destined to live alone forever. If you want some attention there are many perfectly acceptable ways of getting it. For example, joining dancing clubs, sports clubs, other clubs. Also state emphatically you don't want any more children. You are at an age where you might give birth to a child with Down's Syndrome. I could go on and on with tips for you, but I'm likely to become too pedantic.

I think sometimes our own barriers keep us away from what we want, also sometimes we get caught up in the desperation that "I cant be alone all my life", that somehow it is a failure if you are alone. Causing us to make mistakes in accepting that the wrong person is right.
I would like to find someone to share my life with but I am no longer scared to be alone.
I hope I can convince myself that I dont have to grab the first person that shows interest! but that I am ok by myself until hopefully the right person comes along.

I think your remarks are rather presumptuous. Being "not sure" could mean that she may be willing to be with someone with younger children, not necessarily to have more herself. If she does in fact, want to have children at her age, who are you to say anything? That's her personal choice.------ This thread is Archived ------

Some people may be better suited to be alone, and merely have friendships. I don't think there is anything wrong with that, but its simply a choice that each person needs to make for themselves. I think that when we come to the conclusion that we are deprived by our lifestyle choices, then its something to look at and analyze. If you are happy being single, then why let it bother you, but simply go about enjoying your life.------ This thread is Archived ------

Hi Las, sometimes I think we need time to ourselves for a while, it lets the air clear, and lets us find out who we are....
I have also done this and Now I am getting to know me again, that helps us to wait for the right one, not just someone, so time alone can help us to be more stable within our own thinking patterens, and not under the influence of another...
Tho When the time is right, You will find that special one...
