I still think the thyroid can't make fatty tissue out of nothing. The maths don't add up.
I am not belittling prettywoman or anyone who struggles with their weight. But don't you think it's defeatist to always find a reason, if you like an excuse?
I sympathise with your problems, But Westdeck is still right. If you consume more calories than you burn, bingo! weight on. Consume less, weight off.
The trick is to learn to like exercise in whatever form you can take it, walking, swimming, cycling, but you must enjoy it. And to learn to enjoy low calorie meals high in protien. Watch the carbs.
No pills, no freaky diets that won't last, no surgery haha.
Hey Westdeck, I was just reading that worst thing you've ever done thread that you posted. You beat the crap out of some guy, threw him in in the street so he got run over & put in hospital for a year. You say you felt bad about it but I don't believe you.
I think you want to come across as a tough guy. Just like Paws wants to come over all soft and cuddly.
The truth in both cases probably lies somewhere in between.
