RE: "Has anyone here used a service that was advertised here -- airline, dating site, etc.?"

Nor me.

RE: To "Z" and Those who Share the Hidden Room of Consciousness.

Have you tried Michael Connelly? Harry Bosch rocks and Blood Work is a terrific story.

RE: To "Z" and Those who Share the Hidden Room of Consciousness.

I wonder how many folks in North America are aware that he (Kipling) wrote the Jungle Book too, not Disney.

RE: Territorial

I meet one of your criteria. banana

RE: Do muscles look good on a chick?

Running should make you strong and slender catwm.

It improves your circulation so makes your skin glow with health too. Provided you eat well and don't go scrawny it can only make you more attractive than you otherwise would be.

And to my mind any woman with the strength of character to keep it up is a woman of substance.

RE: When there's no photo...

I think false. There can be many reasons but that would not usually be one of them.

I responded to two ladies without pictures and their reasons were quite different. One aknowledged a very true fact that pictures can tell lies. How many of us could pick two pictures of ourselves that give totally different impressions?

The other lady was very enigmatic and was extremely difficult to find out anything about despite my persistance. Eventually she wrote a last mail to me that just stated that she was proud to be of the Inca race!

Well so she should be.

I think sadly she might have hesitated about a picture that showed her different ethnicity amongst all the caucasians on here.

So there could be as many reasons as there are faceless profiles.

RE: Love Potion No. 9

Do you twitch your nose like Samantha when you cast spells?

RE: you have one wish per day, what would it be?

Dream on Siren, you little devil.

How about no more poverty, sickness, war or unhappiness.

Well it's more realistic than non fattening chocolate!

roll eyes

RE: the sweetest thing you'd do?

Well I love it.

RE: This is serious

In Spain, France and Italy most people drink wine every day, it's just a way of life and it accompanies most meals. I do too.

I almost never see drunks in Spain unless they are foreigners. Or in France or Italy. Regular consumption is not the problem and paranoia about it is misplaced.

It's abusers of alchohol and those who don't know or care about their limits who are the problem.

RE: peta is tryin ta kill me

Who, or what the f _ _ k is Peta?? dunno

RE: what do you guys think of a kiss on a first date

He's back rolling on the floor laughing

RE: The Jerry Springer Thread

Ah c'mon man, this is getting silly.

But on the other hand, I do like sweetbreads! grin

RE: the sweetest thing you'd do?

To ask this question implies the answers will come to you naturally, you're that kind of person

The sweetest things depend upon the intended recipient, but really listening to him or her is the starting point.

RE: Heart Breaking Females or Males.......

Ok Wacko you're only 22 now, and your partner is probably even younger. At a tender age you had 3 kids & took on the toughest job in the world with no training, no experience, probably not much support and probably not much money.

Throw in her health problem, well no wonder it didn't work out.

Apart from foolishness of getting into that situation in the first place don't reproach youselves. Accept all the help you can get and always put the kids first and you'll come out of it intact and much wiser.

RE: Men

Thank you catwn. You're not so baddie yourself! ::wink:

RE: Men

Are there any decent women left out there?

Why is it that men are always the baddies.

In my experience misogynists are rare. Most men I know genuinly like women and don't bad mouth them all the time. So why do so many women have a down on us guys?

RE: INSANE ASYLIM

Damn, I think you lot are all nuts. But at least you're not out to get me.

RE: Who's gonna win the 2006 FIFA World Cup ?

Brazil!

I'm a Brit but I work in Brazil. I have watched thousands of guys playing in soft sand here in bare feet with a small ball. They play for hours and the level of technical skill and stamina on display on these beaches up & down the length of this fantastic country is mind boggling.

I hope Brazil do it, Ronaldino & co are simply the best.

Still rooting for England of course.

RE: Victoria stepped into the harsh light. I will do the same.

Best soap opera around.

Mills & Boon had nothing on this stuff.

Keep it up guys.
