I've just been sorting out the ingredients for baked fish with a prawn and cream sauce. It's for tomorrow night though. Tonight I'm having left over chilli and rice!!
I decided to be super organised and put a beef stew in the slow cooker this morning. However, instead of switching it to the slow cooking setting I left it on high for normal casserole cooking. So it's been cooking since 7:30 this morning.
I knew something was wrong when I tasted it when I got home a few minutes ago and it was chewy!!!!
I'm not wasting it though.........Mind you.....it might take longer to eat!!!!
