nope it is not, I have a back condition that makes the muscles go into severe spasms when its aggravated, need to get muscle relaxers and fairly strong painkillers, if that dont work itl be injections

My day so far, I woke up with chronic pain in my back and have barely moved all day...I had to ring into work and my boss told me I have to work from home anyway,so Im lying here flat on my back sending emails between mailing here

On the bright side it has to get better

anyone seen this yet? I just seen it for the first time......its a UK program, couples pick each completely based on looks/attraction alone, then they get the ask the guy/girl a couple of questions and then they can then decide to ditch or date!!
