if your running late go bananas grab a banana ya can eat it on the go,their rich in potasium and serotonin,gives you energy,if ive time i make porridge,now oats are the best food,horses do good on it.lol

they say we are all born with it a little anyway,ya ivE m.s ten years now,im lucky unlike some with it,i work partime and doin courses,i have no syptoms except fatigue wen i do too much and then i just rest,i take the fish oils,vitimin D,B,IVE BEEN blessed realy.sugar and alcohol not good for me,alcohol is a depressent,and do my best to stay clear of it,stress is the silent killer,ya we all get stressed but its about how we deal with it,
a diet rich in polunsaturated fats like fish,fish oils for concentraton,the B Complex for central nervous system helps.it is a frightening lonely disease for the person involved,its progressive disease but eatin the rite foods,mental stimulaton all helps,
