man do i know the feelin.. i had mine removed the never came in so they had to go in and i guess operate lol i remember laghing as they were chipin away at part of my jaw to get one out it was sideways... dam laughing gas.. but i got a dry socket afterwards that was the worst talk bout fn painnn so please.. do everything u can to avoid that... i gave birth to two children and the dry socket thing ranked higher in pain than that wow... glad u r doin good
