I once contracted the Masonry work at a Hutterite Colony for a new Dairy barn. Of course we were invited daily to eat lunch with the men. One day we had broiled Pigs head and it was really quite good.It was surprising how much tender meat there was but,the brain was also cooked with it and they ate it spread on bread much like liverwurst. I tried it, took one bite and long story short my lunch was finished. LOL What is the strangest food that you have ever ate or tried to eat?
In 1967 all students in Canada received a Confederation Medallion for Canada's 100th Anniversary. Mine holds special meaning because my father was the Chief of Police and was the one who handed each student their medallions.
