RE: Happy Mothers Day !!

"The heat that emanates from her heart,
gives me a sense of security.
Smile have a moon in the sky,
a delicious sleep, hugging me to her.
Words from her mouth, is music to the ears,
like the rustling of leaves in the dense bush.
When I cry, she pats me and kisses,
I feel good and then jumps.
My sadness passes, the joy overflows,
my mom makes the dough tiger.
Tasty cooks, bakes and pretty crochet.
We are very close with my mom
talking with each other.
I love my mother, because she is my world."

RE: happy mother"s day

in Poland mother day is May 26 but for all mothers that has mother day happy day for you all
"I'm never alone
is always with me mother.
I love her very much and honestly,
she loves me - strongly believe in it.
We are happy to give a helping hand
and in her kitchen is a wonderful scent."

RE: Osama bin Laden was EXECUTE by US forces illegally

so frist think Executive Order 12333 is important to relovle legal basis of his death. but in addition, under the UN Charter, the United States would normally be prohibited from using force inside Pakistan without obtaining Pakistan's consent. It is not clear whether the Obama administration received the consent of the Pakistani government to use force inside Pakistan in this case, but the Pakistani government appears at least to have consented after the fact to this potential infringement of its sovereignty.i think in future we will see this all - hope so

RE: Osama bin Laden was EXECUTE by US forces illegally

and i remeber one case too On 12 June 2008, the Supreme Court ruled, in Boumediene v. Bush, 5-4 that Guantanamo captives were entitled to access the US justice system. and in this year supreme court one more time said definiction of Unlawful combatant

RE: Osama bin Laden was EXECUTE by US forces illegally

alsow
17 October 2006, When President Bush signed the Military Commissions Act of 2006 into law, Title 10 of the United States Code was amended to include a definition of an "unlawful enemy combatant" as
a person who has engaged in hostilities or who has purposefully and materially supported hostilities against the United States or its co-belligerents who is not a lawful enemy combatant (including a person who is part of the Taliban, al-Qaida, or associated forces); or a person who, before, on, or after the date of the enactment of the Military Commissions Act of 2006, has been determined to be an unlawful enemy combatant by a Combatant Status Review Tribunal or another competent tribunal established under the authority of the President or the Secretary of Defense.

RE: Osama bin Laden was EXECUTE by US forces illegally

so law site: An unlawful combatant or unprivileged combatant/belligerent is a civilian who directly engages in armed conflict in violation of International Humanitarian Law (IHL) and may be detained or prosecuted under the domestic law of the detaining state for such action.

2. Members of other militias and members of other volunteer corps, including those of organized resistance movements, belonging to a Party to the conflict and operating in or outside their own territory, even if this territory is occupied, provided that such militias or volunteer corps, including such organized resistance movements, fulfill the following conditions:
(a) That of being commanded by a person responsible for his subordinates;

5. Members of crews [of civil ships and aircraft], who do not benefit by more favourable treatment under any other provisions of international law.
6. Inhabitants of a non-occupied territory, who on the approach of the enemy spontaneously take up arms to resist the invading forces, without having had time to form themselves into regular armed units, provided they carry arms openly and respect the laws and customs of war.

Article 5
...
Should any doubt arise as to whether persons, having committed a belligerent act and having fallen into the hands of the enemy, belong to any of the categories enumerated in Article 4, such persons shall enjoy the protection of the present Convention until such time as their status has been determined by a competent tribunal.
genaralyy US use An unlawful combatant for killing terrorism so even without court they can kill them
read 1942 Quirin case and On 30 July 2002, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia ruled in Rasul v. Bush, that it did not have jurisdiction because Guantanamo Bay Naval Base is not a sovereign territory of the United States. This decision was appealed to the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals, which upheld the decision, (along with a related case in March 2003 — see Al-Odah v. United States). Rasul v. Bush was appealed to the United States Supreme Court on 2 September 2003.
