I know how you feel, so many things to do so little time. What has helped me was to put things in order, and schedual all the things I needed to do for the day..
There is this stuff called I think this is how it's spelled merricell, it is an oil that you apply and it works well, you can buy it over the counter.. I don't have that problem but the people that have used it say it works very well..
I truly understand what you are going through, I just reciently started to live again, not going to go into all the details about what happened to me, but I was so down and out I though I would never get out of the hole I was in.
Then I just told myself that i'm not going to let what has happened to me stop my life, hard as it was for me to do I pulled myself back up and started to live again. I started posting on here talking to people and I tell ya it has helped a great deal.
I even discovered a talent I didn't know I had when I began to start writing poetry. It's really amazing what sometimes looks so bad can bring out the best in you. The school of life can be very hard sometimes, but we live we learn and we become better from it. You're a good man cards.
I was talking to someone once about the game of life and how I thought it wa so hard sometimes, and he said... at least we are still in the game. You might be down, but you are not out..
