I introduce myself, ask if he minds me sitting there, and start a conversation. If there is a good song on I ask him to dance with me. If he starts the meeting then I laugh with the eyes and smile with the mouth.

Don't have them any more, but you either snuck in by the railroad tracks or went when it was pay by the car load. We would bring blanket to sit on instead of the wet grass. The drive in made their money on the food.

Nope, my parent were not related, just married to one another. My father's brother married a distant cousin of my mother, so she is a aunt by marriage and distant cousin by blood.

Old friends never have to apologize, we take each other just for the way we are! You have always been and will always be one of the greatest guys in my eyes.

Being myself, slowly letting the walls down, and letting them see what is really inside. I don't brag on creativity, I let it flow. There are many, many aspects to me and I enjoy letting them slowly get to know the many secret talents I have and the way I see the world through my eyes.

My mother was blind, and she loved them. We would read them to her, but her being able to open it and listen anytime made them worth it. They even have the recordable ones, she loved the ones from the grandchildren and great-grandchildren telling her they loved her. It was money well spent on cards.

Did you know everyone looks young while laying down? So when you date momma's friends, have them lay down, that way the wrinkles smooth out. You may have to do everything so that they can have that youthful appearance, but that is the price you have to pay for beauty.

Words Spoken

Thank you all, it has been many, many years since I written any poetry. I wrote it last night and rewrote it about 10 times today. I was unsure whether to post it here under poetry, quotes, writing, or elsewhere on the forum.

Words Spoken

As I heard the words spoken,
it was like a heavenly rapture,
intertwined,
the soul and the mind,
the heart was captured,
there is no reason for the desire,
no explanation,
except like striking a match,
the reaction,
lit up into a fire,
the fuel was the words spoken,
the heat arose from no where,
a warmth upon the senses,
a sweet melody to the ears,
it rolled off the tongue,
with each word,
breath was a touch upon the skin,
these things are of the words spoken,
it floated in the air,
there are no defenses,
nothing else to hear,
but the words spoken.

Asianboy, you are very sweet to worry about the criticism of others. It is just when certain topic are brought up many have different views and opinion. Instead of just letting people put up their opinion, some will jump on them for stating it. Sometimes I may agreed on somethings, but I will bring up the opposite, just to get that side an equal footing. I am a person that believes, it is okay to dislike what a person does, but not okay to hate the person.

Asianboy, thank you for trying to be a bright spot on the forum.
