How old is your pillow? Apparently if it over 6 yrs old then almost half it weight it made up of sluffed of skin cells, mites, mite droppings and bed bugs that feed on the lot. You may think you sleeping alone but we aint..

Hair or no hair doesnt matter to me. What i do object to though is men with nose and ear hair. Yuck. Had a fella come in to me at work the other day with a rich crop of nose hair, christ he must be snorting miracle grow up his nose.
Was reading an article in which it states that milk contains a certain amount of pus from cows with mastitis. Apparently the infection of the udder and teats is caused by overmilking and stress on the cows which produces lots of white blood cells to fight infection which is pus. Yuck!
Most of it is filtered out of the milk by the cow but some slips through. Eu regulations permit up to 400 pus cells per litre in milk. Dont matter wheather its full fat or low fat apparently. Thats not part of the ingrediants on the pack!

Rugby fan myself but for me the toughest sports athlete (mind & body, fitness and weight etc..) has to be a jockey. Or maybe its the horse (being the only animal that can take thousands of people for a ride at the same time... Open to criticism and no doubt i'll get it.
