Please dont apologise haveifoundyou, I was just explaining that being separated instead of having a divorce is not alwaysbecause you dont want to move on. Iv been told that after 3 yrs it will be easy to sort out, with out anymore aggro or violence. Thanks for your advice though
Can I just give a different side to this thread please?
I am separated, have been for 2.5 yrs after a very long relationship of 27yrs. (was 16 when i met him). He found a married women in the chat rooms, with whom he now lives close to in Teignmouth Devon. (she is still living with her poor husband and 2 kids!!)
I asked my husband for a divorce in Jan 04 when i found out about this woman. He said he would NOT give her name as breaking up out marriage and that i would have to say it was my fault!!!
Well to cut a long story short, we have not spoken for 18months, i dont even have his address, due to the fact he wont/ never has given any maintenance for our daughter who was 15 at the time he had the affair.
So divorce is something i would like, but due to pride i WILL NOT say i caused the break, as i was faithful!!!!
OK sorry dont get on my soap box often, but there are always 2 sides to each story.
Sorry not Hampshire, but thought i would say hi anyway. Iv been on here a few weeks and most people seems really friendly. So its nice to make new mates even if 'the one' still hasnt arrived!
Good question! Suppose it would depend if the guy would share the travel? Had relationship with a guy bout 40 miles away and that worked well for quite a while. Unlike debbie i drive so its easier. Trouble is you can't just look in your local area, your 'soul mate' could be anywhere (god i sound a right saddo!) Sometimes you need to make more of an effort?? (especially if he cute!)

Well you can't judge us all. I would happily relocate for the right man. My problem is finding a man thats isn't just after a fling! Seems monogomy is a thing of the past, which i think is very sad. Im not old fashioned, but not into 1 night stands. Shame 99% of men seem to be! Well had my moan now hey!!
