You and others talk here about justice, rule of law etc..Why don't the PSNI simply go to Stormount and ask Peter Robinson about Ulster Resistance (he was the leader of UR at the time) and their 1988 South African arms shipment. That led directly to the deaths of scores of innocent people? And while the PSNI are questioning him maybe Petey could supply the names of Mi5 & 6 spies who set up the deal in the first place. Then the PSNI while in Stormount talking to Petey could walk down a corridor and question Martyboy about the 30 odd PO's killed while he was on PIRA army council..What I don't do snowy is cherry pick.

And as I've said snowy..This 'civil war' that you keep harping on about will affect me quicker and more directly than you. I am at present living on the UK mainland. Most of my family live in a nationalist part of the patch work quilt of communties that make up North Belfast. Simple reasonings tells me the 'Civil war' will hit that part of the world a lot quicker than you living in Galway.

I'll try again to answer you question in relation to last weeks killing. Last year ONH put a death threat on PO's because of what is going on within Brithish prisons in the North (inculdes beatings, forced strip searching, being locked up at least 23hrs a day..unlawful imprisonment of several anti agreement (not phyiscal force) republicans. There was an agreement accepted by all parties concerned and the puppet masters in the NIO and senior prison staff then refused to put the agreement into practise. The blame for the death of PO Black can be laid at many doors. But everyone (most) are saying it was simply due to PFR.
What I do know is certain sections within the o6c haven't learnt very much. The same threats were made during the dirty protest of the 70's & 80's and something in the region of 30 PO's were shot and killed. And they stopped once the 5 demands that 10 people died for were put into practise.
If the agreement in Roe Hse isn't put in place chances are there will be more PO's dead. Thats the nature of the beast in Ireland. Remember three people were arrested two from the North (released unconditionally) and one from Co. Letrim still being held by An Garda Siochana in relation to the killing.
Sharmini go to Radio Ulster (or google The Nolan show) and listen to the first two interviews on yesterday mornings show. You may find them enlightening.

Lets have democracy. Lets implement in FULL the terms and conditions voted for and agreed by the vast majority of the people of Ireland. I'm not picking or choosing what is put in place. I'm asking for all of the GFA to be put in place. Justice...the HET are meant to reopen all unsolved cases where people died during the troubles. Exactly how many former and serving RUC/PSNI are being investigated? How many former and present British soliders are being investigated? How many Mi5...? Why isn't either Peter Robinson or Martin McG being investigated? Marty is responsible either directly or indirectly for at least the deasth of 30 PO's during the 'dirty protest'. Peter Robinson who once headed Ulster Resistance who along with the help Mi5&6 imported arms from South Africa in 1988 with the sole intend of killing innocent people. Why isn't the rule of law brought down on the OFDFM?? Lets have everything out in the open and not pick and choose what the HET investigates.
What I'm not prepared to do is what a lot of people here and in other places are doing and level the problem at the door of phyiscal force republicanism. The NIO and prsion service have to accept there portion of blame for PO Blacks killing last week.
The GFA is meant to be law but the puttpet masters pick and choose what part of it they want to implement. Lets have the border poll that people voted for. I've listened to people saying it's not wanted etc..Lets put it to the vote. Lets have democracy.

Let me remind you that the 26counties came into being on the back of some the worse violence metted out in Ireland not only by the British but Irish upon Irish. SF are in power today in the o6c becuase of the 30 year campaign of violence.
I'm all for justice and demoracy but it has to be even handed.
