Woo hoo... finally get to use a place I have visited.

Today is Boxing Day, K... and I don't like shopping. I do have to tidy the house up... I have to slowly start getting ready for an event at my place on NYE. :)
I recently had the pleasure of doing seminars with a lady called Emma Murray about being in the 'A-game'. Her seminar was about learning to be aware of yourself and where you are in the moment. She encourages you to 1. Stop, 2. Take a breath, 3. Observe and shift your focus, 4. Progress in a different frame of mind.
The training was interesting and it was certainly a new way of thinking. I now often find myself in my B-game and sometimes I remember to stop... and move forward from there.
