Had the same problem. Don't know the Canadian laws but heres what I did. Called a lawyer he called the local tax office and got it off the rolls by having it declared of zero value. Then call a scrap metal yard. Since mine was still on wheels they came and got it for the aluminum and metal in it. If it's not on wheels, it's probably going to cost you some cash unless you rip it apart and scrap it yourself.
