If it is somewhere safe enough to burn down, contact the local fire department and see if they would want to use it for live training exercises. After that scrap what you can, the steel frame and copper wiring could make you a couple dollars.

I would venture to guess that w/the price of metal, you could probably clear $1000 if you took the time to scrap it out properly. Could be wrong, but I don't think so.

Donate it to Big Brother/Big Sister Program or some homeless program. They could sell it to people can pull it apart and sell the metal and parts to a company that buys that stuff.. It could make some money for those who need it and if you want, you could use it as a taxable donation on your tax report.

Why do you have to get rid of it? It would probably make a nice art studio or potting shed. If you list it for sale for cheap, people would probably come out of the woodwork to buy it from you for the strangest uses. A farmer might buy it for his hired help. Some nutter will buy it and move it to another property and fix it all up. Maybe you could move it to a property by a lake and sell it as a vacation trailer.
