I did not write it.. I posted it.. The point of the post if read with an open mind is to show the ignorance that is displayed.

I do not believe that any of the terms used are right. I would never use the names let alone condone them.

This just goes to show that ignorance is bliss to alot of people. Try seeing what the point of it was before yapping off about the actual content.

It is actually a very good point. It does not say that calling other races down is right.. It says that it is happening also to those of us that are white people. It is a total misconception to say that this post was meant to call anyone down...

I'm sorry, but after hearing they want
to sing OUR National Anthem in foreign lanuages - enough is enough!
NEVER did they sing it in Italian,
Japanese, Polish, Irish-Celtic, German, Portuguese, Greek, or any other language because of immigration.
It should be sung word for word the way it
was written. The news broadcasts
gave a translation that's NOT even close.
Sorry if this offends anyone, but

Hmmmm. I think what they should have done was left the job wide open for him when he returned and held great pride in having such a noble person on their staff

They have no choice but to hold your job for you if you have a baby or get sick, or stressed out or whatever the case may be..

Maybe they should have some class and realize that this man went to fight for the freedom of this country, and make due without him for 6 months.

I dont think you are looking at things like they really are. We are at an advantage if you ask me. Really think about this.

In relationships if there is ever any kind of violence there is always some sort of "women's group" who are there to help us. Men are just left to the wind as they are tough and they can handle it.

In a work environment, women are always treated differently. I dont mean in a bad way. I always find that people pay alot more respect to women then they do to each other.

Everyone bends over backwards to ensure that women are treated fairly and equally as they fear the rath of the womans groups that will cause major chaos if ever a woman feels as though she has been mistreated.

I shower twice a day, in my workplace I am treated with great respect, I could vote if I wanted, I could do anything I want to do as a woman, I dont see how you think that "womens movement" hasn't changed much???

First off I gotta say this.. If you and your ex are just friends and there is no reason for someone else to believe there is more going on then trust me you don;t want to be with a woman who is jealous of her.

Another thing, when you close the door to the children thing you will narrow your chances of ever meeting someone..

As a woman I can tell you this.. We are easy to figure out.. Don't lie to us, dont act like a jealous freak, realize that our idea of a good time isnt getting plastered at the local sports bar and you will be great.

Most women love children. I cannot see someone not wanting to be with you based on the fact that you have kids. I can however if having them means constant drama with your ex..

Maybe you should take a step back and look at what the situation really is and find out the real reason you are having a hard time meeting someone

I started a thread about this same topic and it seems that times have changed. I know what you mean, you want a man to do what men do.. fix stuff while we take care of the kids and the home right?? Seems that back in the day we had our "roles" but now all these womans right activists have screwed that all up. Apparantly someone decided that it was demeaning for women to cook and clean while men mowed the lawn and took out the garbage..

I am with you though sister.. I would love to have the old school kind of relationship but it is so a thing of the past.

So normally I agree with you and the things that you post but on this one I have to comment.

Do you really think that you stand a chance with your current gf if you are saying that you connect more with someone else? I think in order for a relationship to work your heart has to be in it all the way. I don't understand why people sit on the fence.

I can't say that I understand the situation between you and your gf but what is the point in trying to make things work with her if you feel that the 2 of you don't connect?

Wow... Ten is pretty darn young to be pulling stuff like that. If I was in the same situation a week would not have even entered into the situation. I would have said no more.

Also I would talk to the other parents and to the school. They are responsible for the kids while they are at school. I know that my children are not allowed to leave on their lunch breaks cause I asked it to be that way at the beginning of the year.

Kids grow up way too fast these days and it scares the hell outta me.

But I will agree 100% that being a single parent is one of the hardest jobs.. The only other thing that comes close would be being in the military
