Here in TN it's illegal to take wild animals as pets. Not to mention it's probably road pizza to begin with. I've hit 2 deer and had to put them down. Vet's cany repair broken legs and broken hips or shoulders. It's best to just put them down and keep the meat.
Depends on the animal. Here I've hit a couple off deer. Man they are quite tasty. Small animals like natures tiny speed bumps(squirrel's, rabbits and the like) just keep going.
The problem is we peons in America don't have the power. No matter how many voice their opposition it will still pass. That's because money is more important to a politician than taking a stand for what is right.
