Oh my, reading all the protective parents up here now I really wish I had a mother or father like you folks. I was left home at 12-13 and that was ok, and if I needed something I just walked over to my grands 3-4km. Then again I don't have any children so I don't know what would I do, it would be up to the 15 year old, and how responsible He or She is.
Do not worry about the scammers and the crazy people they are everywhere and you have all the right to set your filter the way you want it and if you don't like something just block and delete

On the other hand it does not matter, we guys can call you all day, and all night, and on the end we will screw thing up, so we just call you when we need something and we know that we are in trouble..... Now I go and hide
I speak 3 Languages fluently, read and write: Hungarian, Serbian, and English, and I use them every day.
The rest I do not speak or understand on a level to make an intelligent conversation. German I have learned for 6 years in school but I forgot most of it,Some Slavic languages have similar words like Serbian I do understand to some degree but not enough to speak it.
Placebo effect: I use Aspirin for my headache, I go to a doctor he gives me a sugar pill and tells me it is "Aspirin" I take it and my headache goes away.
