I saw Paul this afternoon. The poor sods going stir crazy.
He had his CAT scan this morning and has just rang to say, it confirmed what the Ultrasound had picked up yesterday. He is booked in for surgery Tuesday. They will try and inflate the dilated tube to his liver with a balloon, if that fails, they will replace the piece of tube.

I went up to see him this afternoon and he seemed better in himself. At least he wasn't constantly throwing up anymore lol, although he was still very yellow (His Homer Simpson look, as he calls it)
He had an Ultra scan today and and, erm, I think he said, it looks like a valve from his liver to somewhere???? Has dilated. He's having a CAT tomorrow to confirm this, then they will insert a balloon to the valve to inflate it again. I think I've got that right
Paul phoned me earlier. They have given him some morphine for the pain and was quite groggy. He still doesn't have any answers but they seem to think its either his pancreas or liver. They are doing some scans today so hopefully he will know a bit more later.
