Thanks, but what I meant was, what do anybody else do to try and shed some baggage, is all? The thing is, my eating habits never have changed, I eat less the last two years as I ever had actually. Some foods speed up your metabolism, some slow it, I mean maybe it's my age, maybe it's stress, just seeing how some others do it?
I'll try and copy the whole sheet for anyone interested, I mean, not trying to down myself or nobody's weight, I just feel I need to get back down some, so if ya want I'll try and do that?
I have been thinking of that, I also weight lift, benching, curling, leg lifts. I am experimenting with windmills, they seem to pull a little on the sides? maybe that'll work?
I used to weigh 185 at 6 ft. which is not small, but not pudgey either. So now I weigh 195, which is love handles lol, how do any of you diet or excersise to get in shape, I mean I would like to get back down to 185, I am trying the point scale program, anybody ever tried this? Like for instance, your weight you may have up to 28 points a day, and say soup with no crackers and 50% less salt is about a point?
