One extra BR w/queen size bed, fouton in AZ room, covered patio with chimena. Burn it all night, plenty of wood & more where that came from. Plenty of floor space & 70 degree days..

Snows in Northen AZ, but seldom (very seldom) here on the valley floor. Some of the surronding mountains have been know to have a little on the peaks for few hours.... Hence, The Valley of the Sun...
