Ronald Reagan could do a better job as president from the grave than Obama does right now. I would take George Bush back in a second. While he was far from perfect, I never feared losing my freedom or having our religions threatened. Can anyone ever have imagined Christmas itself being all but banned from this country? It always has been and always will be one nation under GOD. Just let them try to change that.

Should Illegal Immigrants In The U.S. Be Allowed Any New Health Care Plan?

It has nothing to do with human rights. They need to return to their own countries for health care. We have enough of our own citizens to deal with. If I climb the wall to your yard and break into your home are you telling me that I have to feed you dinner and let you stay there? Say what you want about our health care but it is excellent. I've lived in many countries including Greece and know what the health care is like there.

Let's see...improper use of government funds.
Funding special interest groups such as ACORN with U.S. taxpayers dollars.
Using tax dollars to push his healthcare reform.
Hiring numerous unelected advisers bypassing the constitution and congress answering only to him and not the American people. Research some of his advisers. They are radicals and self proclaimed communists and now they're running our country. You are watching the downfall of this country and supporting it. Buy a vowel and get a clue. Absolutely amazing!

The Democrats are out in 2010 and Obama in 2012 if not sooner. He wants to talk about crimes? His administration has violated the constitution continuously and they continue to do so. As they say, what goes around comes around. When their administration is being prosecuted they will at last learn what the constitution is all about.

Thanks for your kind words. I very much appreciate them. I haven't sacrificed anything compared to what others have. Our country is being destroyed financially and now our intelligence service is being hampered ensuring that we no longer have the upper hand in terrorism. This administration has an agenda and it is becoming terrifyingly clear just what that agenda is and we will not stand for it.

I'm sure that any president would have been overwhelmed however I doubt that most of them would have bankrupted the country in 7 months and tried to shove socialism down our throats. You say you do alot of research. Perhaps you should research several of the so called "advisers" Obama has hired and bypassed our constitution with them. I think you will be shocked at their backgrounds.

I'm not attacking anyone. Everyone is certainly entitled to their opinions. I appreciate your response but you didn't offend me. I just find it difficult to understand people saying they believe in the constitution when it is being ignored and chipped away every single day. I have seen what not having freedom is and I don't want it and I doubt that you do either. I guess when you're gone for so long and come home and don't even recognize your country any longer it is a cause for concern. Our country is heading in a very dangerous direction and one thing I am sure about is that millions of Americans will not stand aside and allow this to happen.

As for Obama being overwhelmed since taking office...he knew exactly what he was getting into when he took the job. I get tired of him blaming the previous administration whenever his policies fail and they will continue to fail. He's the boss now and he needs to act like one.

First off, I'm an independent and support whatever keeps our country safe. I could care less about politics but unfortunately our country is run by career politicians and not regular American citizens.

And don't you dare talk to me about an unjust war and innocent men women and children. I spent three tours in Iraq and two in Afghanistan and I know many of those innocent people. It's nice that you can wrap yourself up in the American flag at night and let other people do your dirty work. It's not for me or YOU to decide that. I can tell you that you have no clue as to what the true situation is in Iraq. Go on and listen to your MSNBC or whatever liberal channel you watch.

As for there being an overwhelming amount of servicemen and women supporting Obama, I am sure there are some, however I've never met them. Most of the people I have known in the military are there to protect their country. Please don't talk about something you know nothing about. If you believe in upholding the constitution then you shouldn't allow your president to keep bypassing it. Have you even read it? This is quoted directly from the U.S. constitution and all Americans should memorize it:

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. I can tell that you were never in the military or gave an oath to uphold the constitution of the United States and protect her from ALL enemies both foreign and DOMESTIC.

I retired from the Marine Corps after 31 years in November 2008 and it sickens me to see that there are people who actually support this so called president destroying this country and making a mockery of every man and woman who shed their blood defending their country. If you're looking for a hand out, there are many other countries willing to do so.

The USA continues to be of course. Just because the president is weak does not mean the military is. The US military can however, be destroyed from within which is a very good possibility with today's government. Any military is only as strong as the government and the people who support it, which is very disturbing to me with the things that are going on.

I just finished up 2 years in Afghanistan in October and I completely disagree with you. If there is only one thing that both we and the Afghanie people agree on is we both hate the Taliban. I lived among these people and they have been completely oppressed by the Taliban. The people do want us there. The Taliban does not.

Unfortunately, over government chooses to use their own personal agendas when passing bills and dispersing funds. I could not believe that Congress refused to pass a bill for much needed weapons and supplies for our troops because they wanted to add the "we need to release enhanced interrogation" photos or it's no deal all because of the ACLU. They nave NO clue what goes on out on the battlefield or the conditions. They only care about themselves. We truly need to take our country back and can only do it at the polls.

I completely agree with you there! There were MANY administrations I didn't care much for in my 30 years of service but we've been around for 233 years and while our government often chooses not to uphold the Consitution, especially as of late, it is your job as a military member to make sure that it is upheld and protected and you took that oath stating so. As I said in an earlier post I am neither Democrat or Republican. I'm an American I care about what's best for our country. We should create the American party.

We have indeed lost faith in our government but I hope not in our country and the people we promised to protect. If you can keep one more innocent American in our own homeland from being killed because of something you may have done. Would it be worth it to you? Take care on your deployment and God Bless.
