I think it's ridiculous that you complain about my dog barking, when it's the neighbors' on the other side of me. Sure, you knock on my door and she's raising hell, but SHE'S A WATCHDOG FOOL!! Oh, and when you plant your flowers on my side of the fence, it's really NOT our fault they're dying!! Oh, and one more thing....your wife is doing the cop across the street.

I'd have to wonder "why" he was so adament on moving right away, instead of a 1st visit. If he has a business, why pack up and move it? It takes alot to start up a new business. What would he do for work until he gets his business back on track again? Hopefully not live off of you.
If he's not listening to your wishes now, then what's to come later??
Issues from a previous relationship. They bring unresolved problems from their old relationship into the new one.
example...their last girlfriend/wife treated them like crap and he was totally in love with this chick, and then he never gave himself time to heal after she walked out on him for the "new boyfriend", and those trust issues came into play in our relationship, (say he wouldn't even trust me to go to the store without him) I'd say he has baggage.
