these threads in the lst week or so seem to always degenerate into a name calling pissing contest. i started a thread about words cutting deep 'some of you people might bleed to death .it's a new year folks put it behind you. i think i will stay logged out for a few days and see if the atitude changes
said in the paper to-day that the scientist moved the clock ahead two minutes said the threat of nuclear war still tops but globle warming is a growing threat. isn't it sad that the best deterant to world war is still nuclear weapons without them somebody else would want to be king of the hill
people seem to throw it around like candy and maybe we reach for it not nowing what flavor it is who was it said/ forrest gump life or love in this instance is like a box of chocolats you reach in and pull one out hoping it's the kind you like
it has become one of the most abused words in the english language.how do you say you love someone and then decide you don't it would be like saying that you don't love your kids anymore.
i believe the trend started long ago but i also believe that we added to the natural cycle and kike a snow ball that is rolloin g down a hill it gets larger and picks up momentem as it grows so yes i believe we have to take the blame for providing the hightest fuel so to speak.
i even went so far as saying that if there was anything special they wanted someone to have they should give it to them before they die.that way they would know things went to the right one
lived through this and told my parents that there was really nothing worth fighting over because it was never mine in the first place.and i felt that if there was anything to pass on it should skip a generationbecause if anybody might need it it would be them.

the military in the us has the technology to fight a war and never lose a person. and i don't mean nukes. but if they did that they would be no better than the enemy they are fighting,unfortunatly you still have to be willing to take lossesto win the day
