Yes, I agree, that is more what it is...perfectly compatible? 
The world would be horrible without the men....I say keep them!
I have done it and I hope you get all the rewards out of it that I did...those two times were very pivotal moments in my life. If I had not done it I would certainly not be where I am today, nor would I have the fantastic job and the freedom and security that it gives me!
It is scarey at first but it is also very liberating and freeing at the same time
