I had a pretty good Easter...I spent it at church and with my kids and mom. The only thing that could have made it better would be for Ken to have been here and my sister who is going through a "moment" to have been here...

I've had both as I have lived in Wisconsin and now in Alabama...I don't know which I liked better. I am leaning more towards the middle of the road, lol!

Y'all have all just messed up my makeup again!!!! But Ken seems to do that to me often, he is so wonderful! Now I'm the speechless one...I will go collect myself, wipe my face, remember to breath, and then start all over crying again!

Thank you all for your support and all your well wishes during out "courtship", lol! Y'all are such a great group to be friends with! Any of you wanting to give up...please, take it from me - DON'T! You will risk missing out on the most wonderful gift of your life! I was there, ask my mom (Eve)...she will tell you...

I love you so much, Ken...thank you for coming to spend my birthday with me and my family! You fit here and I cannot wait until you return to us! We all miss you...even Tallulah (my dog who does not like anyone for more than a few minutes, but LOVES Ken). She sat at my feet with me last night just looking for you...it was so sweet, lol! You are such a part of me...I love you and yes I need you! You drove off with part of my heart and I know you will take very tender care of it, thank you!

Only until after they find all the eggs and get their baskets...then they no longer believe! It is the same, year after year!

I suffer from excruciating back and joint pain 80% of the time. What I have found to relieve it is doing lots of stretching exercises. They tend to stretch the spinal column which relieves pressure off your discs. The best one I have found that targets specifically the back is I lay on the floor on my back and lift my legs up and stretch them all the way back as far as I can (for me this is touching my knees to the floor behind me but you certainly don't have to go that far to get good results!). Give it a try, what have you got to lose?
