Attractive people do have an advantage over less attractive people in corporate world, or in life in general, if everything is equal, and attractiveness is factor, as we use "attractiveness" to engage others humans.
It does not means it is easier; it means that they get more opportunities. At the end all depends of confidence/experience/capacity/knowledge/personality.
