This is strange, but all the ladies/girls I have spoken with , all of them love their jobs. I mean, whenever I asked a girl/lady the answer was an enthusiastic "I LOVE my job". Nothing wrong about that, but to me job is job, you have to do it everyday regardless. It is not a love/hate thing.

There should be a "Looking For" option in the Advanced search where users can base their searches on what the other person is looking for, such as "long-term", "dating" etc.
No Mychelle, this has nothing to do with the age. Actually this is my style. I gently raise the hand and kiss the back of it..however, I dont just wish her a good night, I stay to make sure she is having one..lol
but on a serious note, kissing the back of hand is a test..I always start from there..if her reaction seems okay then I proceed..
