Everywhere money/power is involved there is corruption !! Power makes our species corrupt, simple as that.
Lists are just a way to organise things. When observing our "species" I got more and more the opinion that we are aliens on this planet of a failed experiment. From evolution? From Alien civilizations?? from...?? Why? We lost control of our brain !! This is a real danger for the future.

You my friend are talking a lot of shit and obviously have not been in the real world my self being a pilot and been to most countries in the world ( more than once ). Can tell you Africa is the most corrupt or do you not read newspapers and look at the internet. Our own president is the worst Jacob zoomer South Africa .
And European countries are the least corrupt. You forgot to mention Cambodia and other Asian countries which are just as bad .

i dont know how UN measures corruption,,,,cos its not from the book,,,or survey.....this is all my personal view and experience as i found it while my visit at this nations

how does the un measure coruptness? nz always comes in top of those lists but corruption still happens. i think were just really good at it. maybe not a list of whats wrong with government but a list of how good they are at getting away with it

I regret that you had to undergo any of the corruption you mention, because we should all be allowed to go wherever we want, any time we want to go there. But, unfortunately, the politics of this world don't work that way. Many countries feel they have to protect their citizens by interfering with anyone trying to enter. It's not necessarily that the person they question is dangerous, but they can't always tell by looking. I sincerely hope that, as a fellow practitioner of the martial arts, that you have not given them the wrong idea about you. I have sometimes run into "overly protective" security personnel in my past, also. And believe me, I'm not dangerous to anyone who doesn't attack me first. I like to joke, and that is why the frog picture is on my profile. I'm not looking for anyone, and don't want anyone looking for me, either. I just want to be left alone to do what I want without interference. I hope that works out for you as well. But, as for the Scandinavian countries, perhaps they have changed, but if they have, they're probably thinking that it's better to be safe than sorry. Don't let them get you down - just go on about your business and don't give them any reason to doubt you. That's the best I can say about it. Normally, I end all my posts with "Ribbit-t-t (SPLASH)", but I will not do that here, out of respect for your concern about the mistreatment you have suffered due to overcautious security personnel. Another list of corrupt countries, in which Scandinavian countries are included!?!?! This is unbelievable, to say the least! The Vikings are the least corrupt of all people on the face of this earth. Does anyone ever VISIT the countries they list, or is this just a stab in the dark? And why isn't Big Brother on any of these lists? Now that is a corrupt country for certain. They kill their own leaders, blame it on someone else ; distort the truth to try and hide their crimes ; kill their own citizens to divert attention from what they are really doing ; blame other countries for their own inadequacies; imprison more people than any other country ; and all the time this is happening, they protray themselves as the 'World Police'! So now, I ask again, "How did THEY not make any of these lists?

Ok! Personal traveling experience varies! It can not be a scientific measurement unit about a whole country! So many things depend for this measurement (must be logically proved) and Transparency International released a list year by year…



They published this list considering many political and economic factors!

Moreover, for anything, there must be a STANDARD to measure anything! Here I am talking about that STANDARD!
