one day i was sitting outside at my mom and dads house smoking a cigarette, and up flew a male cardinal. So I just sit there and watch this bird fly around on for a few. After about a minute that bird go and flys straight into the side mirror of my truck. Stunned I sit and watch this bird fall to the ground and jump back on his feet and fly back into the sideview mirror, well for about 10 minutes the cardinal does that many many times........By far the strangest thing i ever saw.... I was told it behaved that way because it felt threatened by another male cardinal
