I think our main question was whether we existed before our birth or not. If we believe in our presence ( somewhere ) then the whole perspective is changed. Are we at the stage to conclude our discussion and who can present the best conclusion about our existance before our birth?
I think, it is a basic question. We acclaim that we know ourself. But, we can not define so called ''ourself''. Don't you think we should be aware of our reality...?

Most of the people participating in this thread agreed at one point, that death is just a transformation of the real man, and life continues in some form which we dont know yet. May be it is rebirth according to Hinduism or may be another birth for higher destination. It was also an underlying point that life is dependent on the relationship of body and soul. If we analyze the whole life, then we come to know that in body and soul, soul is real plus immortal and body is fiction and mortal. So, when I say I am, I point towards my body but rally I am pointing towards my soul.
Friends, we are alive because of soul. Soul is our reality. Question at this stage is that how we can know, feel, learn about our own soul. How we may recognise our true self?

To give you a back ground of this question, some people believe that they did exist some where and then they were born in this world and after the death they will move to another world. While the other believe that life is only limited in this world and it has no connections with past or future!
What is the secret of happy and successful relationship. In other words, what is the most important thing to make a relationship life long, and full of happiness.
So, because of the diversity of the human nature, it is not possible that all people may agree on the one religion. If it is the case then it means that different religions are the result of natural phenomenon. If we take this difference as natural then we will have to admit that there may be more than one religion, which are right at the same time...!
I do agree with you that what you do it comes back to you one day as every action has its reaction. But, if we believe, in Karma and all these happenings, then, we must know about that place and situation where we have been before our arrival on this world. We must have the clear idea about our past and even about that time when we were not born yet. But, I never met any person, who can tell me that where he or she had been before birth in this world.
Man and woman are the tow dimensions of the humanity. If we really believe in the equality of these two dimensions, then, they can really be best friends!
Here, I disagree with AB as he said Religion is a man made system because some religion, for example, Christanity, Jewism and Islam claim to be heavenly religions. Prophet of God told people about the religion of the god. So, what you say in this regard.
Is there any difference between religion and faith ?

Although, we all tried to find out the answer, but almost no one tried to define the religion. Is it possible to have another exercise and all of try to define RELIGION...!
