I have 9 peafowl, (Pavo muticus muticus: "Java Green Peafowl") 7 turkeys (Red Bourbon X Wild X Bronze), 5 yard roosters (my own breed: call them "Callaghans") 7 hens in the coop with their rooster, 4 guineas, 1 blue and gold macaw, breeding flock of 6 Forpus conspicillatus (Spectacled Parrotlet) and my own personal Spec pet ("Tatu Chicken Man")...

I am selling off the turkeys as I am tired of the toms trying to slay me when I pass thru the yard... I bred the flogging out of my chickens.
I'm an heroic chameleon, so I morph to make it easiest for others to feel comfortable with who/what they are--when that proves necessary.
Paradoxically, I can only do this because I have a very strong sense of self and huge compassion.
(Also, I tend to date only men with serious self confidence, so it's not too difficult for them to enjoy the company of another really confident, casual, enthusiastic soul. Water seeks its own level and all... The more heroic the persona of the man, the more of my dauntless candor he'll get. And I prefer dauntless candor. Life is a massive haystack, after all. Much sorting remains to be done to find that special needle.)
