Good morning everybody....can't believe we're still going on and on about it, but it sure is interesting, and I just wanna thank you ALL for been so respectful with eachother....
It goes deeper than this sentence...is to pursuit happiness in every way posiible, through despair, through rough times, through discovery, through acceptance, through many things we have to go through....
This is really a subject we can go on for hours and hours...
Wanna share something else with you guys, sometimes words are not enough and to be in front of a computer in a language that's not my mother tongue doesn't help a lot, I think this quote expresses exactly how and what I think. I believe that the very purpose of our life is to seek happiness. That is clear. That's what we have said before...you can't say he does not exist or abandons you because when u feel bad, have problems and u call him he doesnt come to you...thats what some people believe, but what about when everythings great, then is not God...it's US, right?
Anyway..God withous us, or us without God makes no sense...
Let me tell you something...I'm catholic and ahve been for as long as I can remember...my dad is agnostic, so he never let my mom take me to church or anything like that, till I was old enough to choose, after asking a thousand questions, and going through lots of experiences.
I am catholic, I believe in God, but also I have followed buddhism as a philosophical belief, I believe in Kharma, I believe what goes around comes around, I belive we humans can and are capable of being perfect, I believe you can go anywhere with the help of your mind, and many more things, I could go on for hours...I meditate everyday and I also pray...different things...I know...
Yes, people love undermining it, but again it takes only faith.....
Ill tell you a little story I know....
There was this big flood and many people were dying...a guy didnt wanna leave his house, said God will protect him....so, a boat came by and he said...no, no...God will protect me....then a smaller boat came in to rescue him, he said...oh no, God will come himself....a helicopter flew over his house and he replied: hey go away, My God will protect me...needles to say the guy died...
Once he was in heaven, he asked Peter...why did God leave me, I thought he loved me, he never rescued me...and Peter said: what do you think was those boats and the helicopter and everytime someone tried saving you....you have to be open for the signs...its just as simple as that...
And whether you believe in him or not....now orries...HE BELIEVES IN YOU!!
