Depends on the person I would consider moving for...

As much as I'd sometimes like to pack up and move to Peru, Romania, or Russia sometimes :-), I do have 2 daughters in school, and a fairly interesting and well-paying job...

Doesn;t mean I would not do it, just that I would have to find another job in the NEW location first, unless I don't mind myself and my kids.... starving!

I've actually been to the US Air Force's Survival School course (SV80) in Spokane, Washington, so I feel I could hit the ground with nothing but a smile, bottle of water and two iodine tablets and fare just fine!

I have generally avoided making stereotypical assumptions vis-a-vis a girl alone in a bar.... (It is certainly a mistake to assume that one there alone is desiring a corny 'pick-up' line, or, at least that's what I tell myself...

As I rarely go to bars but with friends a few times a year, and during those infrequent bar visits, I never approach women alone or with friends anyway....

If a conversation starts over something innocuous, then it does, if not...I'm happy with my 3 beer limit, and just generally 'watching the crowd' anyway!


(Perhaps such a laid back attitude explains why I am unattached for sometimes years at a time?? Not that I desire to stay single, but neither do I 'actively look around')
