I am not here to toot my own proverbial horn, Love...! :-)
As to wether or not I am an "exception", I don't know about that!
I merely provide observations and some candid insight into the male's mind, as I feel I know it well from 43 years of experience, and observation of other's behaviour!
I have know many men that will quickly remove a ring and falsely claim to be single, unwittingly duping some poor girl into an unknown affair with a married man...
If he won't give you his home phone number, it is always safest to assume he is married or otherwise involved!
Of the strikingly high total of 3 women in Qatar for which I sent "Hello" flowers, one was viewed and ananswered, and two were not even viewed at all....
My advice...
Set no timetable for succes or failure, and allow these things to sort themselves out as they will!
Destiny sets and chooses her own path! (Mr. Spock, Star Trek, 1969!)
Men may hate me for saying it, but, I'd advise any woman to think this over carefully (i.e., how far to go), as many men will never, ever call back if the date goes "all the way"...
Strange, and sad, but true...
Once 'conquered', many are left as if they were road kill...
RE: How do you view the law?
But do you understand ...*me*?
