I've spent about 130 Euro's on Christmas Presents so far
But there are two items that i have bought that i think that stand out. The first is a boardgame that my cousins used to play as children (looking forward to a drunken game of it)
The second is a present for my best friend. A cheap Justin Bieber Backpack for no other reason than that it'll annoy him :)
How much have you spent and what is the most interesting thing you have bought?
Reality is what you make of it i guess. If we are thinking Matrix style stuff i often wonder why people would want to escape the Matrix considering that the alternate reality is a lifetime of baby food and Aran sweater style clothing for the rest of your life whilst running away from Squid like machines :/
Afterlife, spirituality, Re-incarnation or not... Life is to be enjoyed. Have a laugh where you can. When i shuffle off this mortal Coil is all thats waiting is Oblivion then chances are it won't hurt :)
Well personally i think its a great thing certain people are that foolish.
When the riots in Britain were happening a lot of people were eventually caught because they posted pictures of their 'acquired' items on Facebook.
When the PSNI were looking for people involved in disturbances during the flag protests most of the people they sought information on were either traced through facebook, either through posts or video's taken of them and put on facebook :)
I have several friends on Facebook who have periodic public meltdowns looking for attention... and although its at times like watching a train wreck, its never boring :)
RE: How is this for an act of psychopathy?
An interesting documentary on the subject is one called 'The Corporation'Shows how a multinational Corporate entity shows psychopathic traits in its dealings with people, products and other corporate entities.
Well worth a watch.
