I'm very new here (3-4 days) and have already made some great friends! I have heard some great REAL romances going on here - now! And some pals I've met, are also introducing me to a potential other... can't wait...

A Graphic Artist named Harvey Bell invented the Smiley face in 1963!
He was commissioned by an Assurance Co. in the USA to create something to boost the employess moral, the comapny was merging with another & employees were upset.

This is the WILDEST part of the trivia....know what he was paid for this, ALL so famous, Smiley Face....?????
$45.00 ... he received zero profit after that!
It took him only 10 minutes to create it!!!
So lets all share the Smile in his honor

OMG do I ever know the pain yr in!! Best to take 4 Advils and a very cold beer! It'll knock u out the pain no time! Dentists are here to make money honey...and I think they enjoy giving pain!

I just washed outside windows with a squeggie pole so heavy my arms are floating off my body now...then shoveled 6 wheel barrows of dirt for the new front garden-I'm tired & dirty and theres no beer in the fridge!

Yeah ... WOW...you can read, type, chat, watch TV etc, all at the same time! Your good! I've not been on a computer (regularly) for a few years, just got set up with this fossil of a machine! Gee, never mind, I'm feeling like a Fossil here LOL

Still learning the circuit here, I'm so slow on this old computer keyboard and I have such a lousy mouse! I can't seem to keep up with all the sewing going on! Please forgive me while I learn My eyes go a little buggy after awhile too....anyone else get this problem? I know, probably need new specs!
