Well the way I understood it (as my friend explained it) is that you have to become physical and realize that your not dreaming, but on another plane. He said once you can do this, you will be able to control every aspect of your environment. Also, you can run faster than normal/lift heavy objects;ect.

He really blew my mind with some of his theories. Don't know how much of it is actual fact though..............

Yes............This is pretty close to my opinion. I have also talked with people who believe that anything you think or dream of is existing in another plane/dimention.
