I am anxious to hear the final ruling on this issue.

I love that you always do think out of the box. Sometimes I try to be creative and post thought-provoking topics and you and plenty of other people will go the extra mile and bring much more to the table! Love it! bouquet

RE: Pets

Oh yes they can! They sometimes, will live longer than dogs. You've heard the saying "cats have 9 lives", haven't you? My 16 yr old is still very healthy and active and I feel she has plenty of time before she leaves me, at least I hope so!

The FBI versus Apple

Well said!thumbs up

The FBI versus Apple

cheers You are right about that. Some know more than other's. Have you heard of "Anonymous", the international activists and hacktivist's?

The FBI versus Apple

Security & safety have got to be protected.

RE: Pets

wave Both female, one is 16 years old and the other is 5. They are so smart, sweet & loving to each other and myself.

The FBI versus Apple

I bet they can but if they did they would have to reveal their tactics and would expose themselves for breaking the law and the constitution and may then be held accountable.

The FBI versus Apple

Good point, I suppose because Apple feels if they do it once, it will be expected on a regular basis and "authority" will be abused more so.

The FBI versus Apple

True, but some people view it as the government having too much power, ya know.

wave Time capsule is a great analogy.

Pollution, wastefullness (if that's even a word, lol) are both very serious issues that should be taken seriously and aggressively.

Will they do any better? All we can do is educate as best we can in our time, just as our parents did, and hope for the best!

There you are! Looking beautiful as always!! I agree with all of that, but those are things that are still a "work in progress". And they are all major concerns that do affect us all in one way or another, so you hit the nail right on thead sister! If you look into the past, "objects/tools" such as the internet would be one huge thing we would mention to our future generation that have represented the 21st century thus far, for example. thumbs up

The FBI versus Apple

I'm on the fence, it's a tough call. Both have valid points, protection of the constitution & privacy and then there's the aspect of combatting terrorism and crime by having the access. Both are important issues.

A better understanding for future generations

Those are all very good words advice. thumbs up

The FBI versus Apple

wave Hello beautiful lady, although I love your current picture of the rose, you always look so beautiful and I look forward to seeing "you" soon.bouquet Hope all is well in your world.

Thank you for commenting. This is a tough subject for some. It's like a double-edged sword, ya know.

RE: Pets

Two cats, dry & wet cat food as well as various human food they fancy, as long as it is not harmful to them (such as grapes, chocolate, etc).

A better understanding for future generations

The idea of this topic is simply to help future generations better understand how we lived and what major events and objects affected us.

What objects/tools, major events, etc., would you suggest represented life at the beginning of the 21st century?

The FBI versus Apple

This thread obviously poses more than one question so please express your thoughts/opinions regarding the current issues between Apple & the FBI.

Should the FBI be allowed to break-in to ANY iPhone?

Would you consider this procedure to be an invasion of privacy?

Should the FBI be given permission to break-in to the iPhone of the 2015 San Bernadino attacker's?

Is Apple protecting the 227 year old law, The U.S. Constitution, or is Apple interferring with the efforts to combat terrorism?

Thank you for comments

Just for the record, I have NOT stated whether or not I believe he is innocent or guilty and my comment regarding the petition stated "IF" you believe he's innocent".

Anyway, my post clearly states I'm curious to hear your thoughts/comments on the case. Period.

My comment is that I feel horrible for the victim and for the family member's of all parties.

I lived in New Orleans for a few years and I love gumbo but I always clarified before I ate it. So many cajuns do add it to their recipe, you are correct.

I would try the shark before the okra even though I don't like fish/seafood either, lol!laugh
