I experience the same thing, but I love the younger guys. Men my age are too worn out. I need someone with my level of vitality and energy. I don't want anyone that is more than a few years older than me. Any younger (and legal) age that clicks is fine with me and won't be denied on that basis.
Send us your cheesiest, funniest, most brow-raising pick up line you've heard or said, in whatever language - because it matters!, and with an English translation.
I dont have that issue. Everyone I've spoken with so far has at least an essential knowledge of English if not better. But I would rather speak only German after I move there.
There are many German dinner groups here, and I take part in online German chat often. In addition, I have many language resources. Everything is on course for my next trip to Germany in March.
For me, I'll go any age younger as long as it's legal and we're happy. Older, up to age 49. I just have the energy of a younger person and would rather not spend my time with someone in declining health or fading interest in life. I'm talking with a man 22 years younger than me. We both like each other so far. More than expected. We'll be spending time together on my next trip to Germany, but so far I have made no one any promises so if you're (European and) reading this and have ideas, don't be shy.
