Lindsy, sure, there's posibility that joint international forces could defeat China, but it should be no man's land that would be left after, we and the occidentals should never underestimate their potentials and their philosophy, and it's have it's allies too, North Korea with it's nuclear arsenal, and maybe RUSSIA, this 2 countries didn't search any friendly link with the rest of the world ,, If it's the way to wipe out debts, then we are a no good debtors,, and CHINA hates people who don't pay their debts,, it's one of their forte ,,,

This is with regards to geographical situation, but it seems there we're treaties that we're signed but so many conformities we're lacking/missing, thus seeking the authenticity of such treaty now and the importance of such claims in moneatary value,,

DertyHarry ,, Japan starts pulling out it's factories in China because of this issue, bringing some to the Phils. There was a time when Phils. was under the umbrella of UNCLE SAM, but the patriotes in the country had prompted the abandon of the Phils, as a strategic military base for the USA,, now it seems USA is hesitant to give assistance to the Phils, and taking into considerations too , it's diplomatic ties with Japan, Vietnam, is not so well carried on,,, well,, war is money ,, but there's always a great loss than wins in a war ,, let's not hope for that ,, there's North Korea, which doesn't regret anything but it's power ,,

riz, this will be a hard battle, i mean not in arms for the moment, but in diplomacy, for the side of the Philippines, we can trace the presence of chinese long time before the spaniards arrived, there's are big names now controlling the economy if not the market in the Phils, and to note that the ancestors of the clan of Conjuanco, a great grands of the present President is still alive and in China,,
as much as i can follow, i think there were errors from the part of the FILIPINO government at the moment of the signing of this particular treaty, thus of which gave China the ligitimacy to claim such territorial supremacy, action of course questioned by the counties involved,,
