Well, its has begun. Over 75 people, all week long, has been going to the America's Best Value inn Motel in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, sat in the parking lot, and tried to use the internet in a variety of ways. They were seeking to find conspiracies involving the internet at this particular location because of many complaints. On September 16, 2015, it was established that a special kind of software is being used within the internet system by Comcast Communications, that prohibits parties from hiding their IP Addresses from hackers or spies. Even some within the Townhomes next door to the motel is experiencing an invasion of this sort with their internet service. And while this is taking place, google-analytics.com, google-retrieve.com, and Readjs.revsci.net, is logging and storing data from each and every computer. It appears that informants in motels all across the U.S. has gotten their wish. We recieved a call today from parties within Philadelphia, who overheard secret dealings with many financial tycoons. The move was first pushed by New Jersey Governor, Chris Christie, who then connected with the New Jersey Homeland Security, and secretly with Local News Media Sources, several Senators, the Clintons, Carla Fiorina, Jeb Bush, and others. From what is being revealed, this new move will spread first at all hotels and motels across the U.S. Then it will be pushed at you within your private homes.
According to sources, Hotspot Shield, Tor Services, Hideallip, Safeip, Realhideip, and a myriad of other ip hiding software is being blocked out by this new software. It is being said, in secret, that its very hard to keep tabs on all Americans when they can hide their Ip addresses from government sources temporarily. Also, their main concern is when the feds and local police puts informants on American citizens, its hard for the informants to keep track of internet activity. And as a result, the America's Best Value Inn Motel is the first experimental internet project. Infact, they have been discussing this all along. Remember, for many months, EFF has been working with a broad coalition of advocates to persuade the Federal Communications Commission to adopt new Open Internet rules that would survive legal scrutiny, and actually help protect the Open Internet. According to the FCC’s own fact sheet, the proposed rule will allow the FCC to review (and presumably punish) non-neutral practices that may harm consumers, or edge providers. EFF later filed a letter with the FCC urging it to clarify and sharply limit the scope of any general conduct provision. The EFF stated that: The Commission should use its Title II authority to engage in light-touch regulation, taking great care to adhere to clear, targeted, and transparent rules. A general conduct rule, applied on a case-by- case basis with the only touchstone being whether a given practice harms consumers or edge providers, may lead to years of expensive litigation to determine the meaning of harm (for those who can afford to engage in it). What is worse, it could be abused by a future Commission to target legitimate practices that offer significant benefits to the public. Accordingly, if the Commission intends to adopt a general conduct rule it should spell out, in advance, the contours and limits of that rule, and clarify that the rule shall be applied only in specific circumstances.
Wherefore, Governor Chris Christie, who seems to take cheap shots at anyone who opposes tranced thinking, will have a field day with this information. He knows that something horrifying is about to happen to the American people, but have chosen the side of Satan over humans. He is a cogenial liar and has very little regard for any human life! Who else is going to have to die in a mass killing before we wake up? Millions of people are calling the Pope their god, and they feel that he will bless them to get more money, be rid of daily problems in America, and somehow reach that American Dream! What they don't realize is that both Jesus and Melchizedek spoke about Pope Francis. He is from his father the devil, but millions of people are fooled! Let Armageddon begin!
Another point that I am sure needs to be addressed is that throughout the media coverage we became acquainted with the rather odd medical examiner Wayne Carver. Carver seemed to be speaking out of turn with regard to the children’s bodies and the body of Adam Lanza. Carver acting like a goofy mad scientist stated to the press that clearly it was a “long rifle” and NOT “hand guns” that fired multiple shots into the bodies of the children. Even though NBC later reported that there was no long rifle or assault rifle found in the school. During the interview you can hear a reporter say that long rifle wounds are impossible because the gun was found in the suspect vehicle. When Carver was asked if Lanza killed himself with the “rifle,” Carver answered, “No. I don’t know yet. I’ll examine him tomorrow morning. But I don’t think so.” Yet, there has been NO subsequent press conference or statements regarding Carver’s autopsy on Lanza only to report that he had a perfect brain. If any of the autopsy records were made public we would know for sure if Lanza was on any kinds of medication. The unfortunate thing is that while the media were heavy on the gun control agenda with this case, gun advocates di some scapegoating of their own saying that Lanza had to be on some sort of drug in order to do this. This became an unqualified cause of what happened at Sandy Hook. The harsh reality is that this type of stereotyping leads to witch hunts. It was also an issue with the 23 mandates that ensued now that Barack Obama is looking at the medical surveillance state to decide who owns guns and who doesn’t. Those that demanded a medical record of drugs in an autopsy instead were threatened with a “let he who is without sin turn in your gun.” If you ever at any time took a prescription drug like Prozac, Zoloft. Paxil, Klonopin, sleeping pills, smoked Marijuana, taken Valium, or even a strong pain killer like Hydrocodone or oxycontin, your Concealed Weapon Permit will be revoked. And all future permits will be limited to a select few.
The mainstream media has all but kept quiet now about Sandy Hook. This is why I thought it would be the best time to look at the case objectively without all of the gun control propaganda getting in the way of some of the facts. As history unfolds it becomes quite clear that how we interpret news events is based on quick glances at a newspaper, a magazine or news program that is either funded, owned and operated by a corporation that has a controlling political interest in what is being reported. This type of journalism is what you would expect in a country where the press is no longer objective. It usually turns up in countries that are highly controlled. Countries with State run newspapers and state run radio and TV stations. The state of the media has been declared dead by old timers who long for the days of real journalism, where hunting for the blockbuster story was as stimulating as delivering it. Now those days have long passed and no one stops to understand that sometimes it takes more than a television show or a newspaper columnist to get the whole story. The Sandy Hook shooting has real victims and real tragedy, but does it have a factual narrative? It is obvious that the answer is no. This is not theory, or conspiracy it is obviously a tragedy that has been exploited and staged for an agenda. So the truth that everyone is not speaking is that the shootings at Sandy Hook were nothing more than a campaign.

Lanza, would have contributed to the success of GE evading corporate taxes in the United States. There have been many investigative sources that claim that the LIBOR scandal allegations were first put out on the web by a COINTELPRO group in order to distract from the tax scandal. There may still be many lies being propagated by COINTELPRO groups to discredit anyone who believes them or continues to report them without fact checking. That is why a dose of reality not only exposes the mainstream narrative as disinformation but also the half truths that have been created by do-it-yourself theorists that push their lies as truth. The grim reality is that this whole Sandy Hook case plays by the template of crisis I had pointed out earlier. Even the suspect’s car that we were told was owned by Lanza’s mother belonged to a man named Chris Rodia. According to the police radio the license plate on the Black Honda was 872-YEO was registered to Rodia who was involved with copper wire theft.
Adam Lanza had a history of mental problems, making him the perfect patsy. Several eyewitness local news reports state that there was no assault rifle found beside Lanza’s dead body, just two pistols. According to medical examiner and releases from the State Police, Lanza shot each victim between 3 and 11 times during a 5 to 7 minute span. If one is to average this out to 7 bullets per individual, excluding misses, Lanza shot 182 times, or once every two seconds. Yet, according to the official story, Lanza was the sole assassin and armed with only one weapon. Thus, if misses and changing the gun’s 30-shot magazine at least 6 times are added to the equation, Lanza must have been averaging about one shot per second, extremely skilled use of a single firearm for a young man with absolutely no military training and who was on the verge of being institutionalized. Still, an accurate rendering of the event is even more difficult to arrive at because the chief medical examiner admittedly has no idea exactly how the children were shot or whether a struggle ensued. Many researchers think Lanza was killed earlier and his dead body was later conveniently dropped at the school where a team of military-trained snipers did the deed. We can only assume that the kill ratio would indicate this is true.

We have each and every license plate number for every vehicle which departed, and we must say, people don't like what we have been posting. She informed us that Mayor Nutter, from the revelation of a mass ritual being implemented by Pope Francis, Jay-Z, Lil Wayne, Kanye West, Eminem, and by others across country at the same precise time next wekend, will raise the devil himself, has secretly spoke with a handfull of people about the leaks. We can't confirm or deny the part about raising the devil, but for a lady who has deep ties within the Mayor's Office in Philadelphia, her words shouldn't be tooken lightly. We do know for a fact that their rituals, which some are taking place right now, will force evil and violence to get worse. There is over one million demons who are to attend Pope Francis meeting of the Illuminati Families; many who are from various parts of the world. The Boule Society, and countless Freemason families will be there. Each and every creepy living thing will be there. This Anti-Christ has many followers, and they have managed to snitch on a large number of citizens which brought about secret incarcerations. Then we see that her arms and hands start moving as she appears to be talking to someone, but there is no one seen or there is no one there. She then walks away. The elevator door then shuts and appears to start working. The camera shows that the elevator is empty and that it goes to every floor and stops. Right after the events of the video, Elisa apparently gained access to the rooftop of the hotel, climbed to its water tank and, somehow, ended up drowning in it. The question how the young girl got through the locked door to the roof without tripping the alarm before climbing into the tank and drowning? The media reported that her body was found two weeks after her death. The water tank she fell in was the tank that supplied drinking water to the guests of the Cecil Hotel. The ending of the movie is also eerily relevant: The apartment buildings elevator malfunctions and the ghost of Cecilia’s mother braids her hair. Shortly after the discovery of Elisa Lam’s body, a deadly outbreak of tuberculosis occurred in Skid Row, near Cecil Hotel. Now the Elisa Lam mystery has inspired a new horror movie project titled, “The Bringing.” The deal for “The Bringing” is for a spec script written by Brandon Murphy and Phillip Murphy. It will follow the man investigating the woman’s mysterious demise, and the unthinkable horror he stumbles into while trying to figure out what happened. The film will most definitely be a fictional account of a non-fictional event in our dark history. It could very well be another tale in dark history’s mysteries where the devil is hidden in the dark waters and details of an unsolved horror story.

The film, Rosemary’s Baby, is a glaring example of a fore-structuring or predictive programming vehicle that begins the optical satanic ritual that everyone who has seen the film is familiar with. Roman Polanski released the film in 1968. Remember the plot? It is about a man who sacrifices his wife and child to Satan in order to become famous. Sharon Tate, Roman Polanski’s wife and her unborn child, were murdered in 1969 by self-proclaimed agent of Satan, Charles Manson. Satanist Kenneth Anger the producer of the film, Lucifer Rising, once said about films that “Lucifer is the patron saint of movies.” Some movies that are made are invocations or evocations to cast a spell on the audience. The purpose for some films is to stir the primal forces and is used as magical weapons to stir the soul out of conformity. The flickering image according to Anger creates a thought form and even if the image flickers for no one, it is still a causal engine that sends the image into the ether. If someone picks up on the meme and it is successfully implanted in the zeitgeist it is theorized that the very nightmare could easily transpire in the real world. A perfect example of this happened again in 2005. There was a horror film that didn’t remain in theaters long but remains another example of a movie that fore-structures a very gruesome tale in our dark history. The film was called “Dark Water.” The film was a remake of an earlier Japanese film of the same name, based on a short story by Koji Suzuki.
In that film, a mother and daughter move into a rundown apartment building, which is soon revealed to be haunted. A dysfunctional elevator and dark discolored water gushing from the building’s faucets eventually lead them to the building’s rooftop water tank, where they discover the body of a young girl who had been reported missing from the building several years earlier. In the original Japanese film a young Japanese woman climbs on top of the water tank, and falls in while trying to retrieve her purse that she accidentally dropped inside. In February of 2013, a case of dark synchronicity took place when the body of Elisa Lam 21-year-old Chinese Canadian student at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, was recovered from a water tank atop the Cecil Hotel in downtown Los Angeles. She disappeared January 31st, 2013 under very mysterious circumstances. The L.A. County Coroner ruled the death “accidental due to drowning” and reported to the media that no traces of drugs or alcohol were found in her body during the autopsy. This would go down as a routine drowning if it weren’t for elevator surveillance tape that recorded Elisa’s behavior only a few moments before she lost her life. In the four minute video that went viral on You Tube, Elisa is seen pressing all of the elevator buttons and waiting for it to move. It begins to get creepy when the elevator doors do not close. Elisa seems like a curious child, and then begins to act peculiar. The fact that the elevator does not close is eerily frustrated for those that view the video. Elisa reacts by looking around, as if she is expecting someone to get in with her, there is also a moment where she looks like she is trying to hide from someone; however no one appears to be with her.
Manson of course was referred to as the Devil in the media and out of his own mouth. It was the very same Devil who ordered the deaths of Polanski’s wife Sharon Tate her eight-month-old unborn child, along with the others. Although Rosemary’s Baby was released a year before the Manson Family murders, one can argue just how prophetic the movie was. How it set the stage for the arrival of a demonic influence on the world. Rosemary’s Baby was a foreshadowing of Tate’s horrific ordeal that has become a frightening page in our dark history. The stories coincidentally deal with a woman who has ties to the glitz if the media. Rosemary’s husband is an actor both Sharon and Rosemary are pregnant both women are subjected to the consequences of the Devil, and both Rosemary and Sharon Tate realize that they are both trapped by a cult that kills without conscience. Towards the movie’s end Rosemary realizes that her husband has made a deal with the Devil. It is then she realizes it’s too late. Sharon Tate may have ironically found out the hard way that deals with the Devil are made every day in a world that questions if God is dead. Polanski decided Rosemary’s Baby deserved respect to detail and began to do some things that most people claim tempted fate. The lead role of Rosemary’s husband went to John Cassavetes.
This was a bizarre coincidence when you realize that, in the film the “son” of the High Priest and Black Magician who originally is Stevan Marcatos, changes his name to Roman Castavets which is dually remarkable when you see the they are interchangeable anagrams that can be arranged to spell the sentence “Satan craves most.” What Satan craved most was the attention that Polanski gave freely. The attention was to the detail. The movie was set in 1966 like the book. June of 1966 to be exact, 666. Using the beast’s area code wasn’t enough for Polanski. He had to hire a consultant for the movie, Anton LaVey. Who better to consult in all things Black than the High Dark Prince of the Church of Satan? LaVey also negotiated with Polanski the part of Satan in the film. The movie introduced quite well the possibility of the Devil’s Child being born to a world. A quiet world that was unaware of what was to come. The movie was loved by the people yet panned by the critics. Polanski was accused of being a Satanist. After all his work was done so authentically one would be tempted to question if maybe he knew about it all from experience. After the death of his wife and unborn baby he obviously brought it all upon himself, right? Perhaps the Devil had an account to settle. The paranoia was unbelievable. Mia Farrow the actress who played Rosemary didn’t attend the funeral of Sharon Tate fearing that perhaps she would be next. After all playing with devilish propaganda may burn you.
When these channels are unlocked, human behavior changes dramatically and soon we start see behaviors and philosophies that we once thought are immoral become normal. We begin to see art and literature reflect some of these attitudes. The media encourages us to figuratively sleep and let them set the agenda for what they determine the consensus believes. Consider for the moment the widely held belief that a Satanic conspiracy exists in the world. That the fight for good and evil is not always a spiritual one but a physical battle where the blood of innocents are shed on a daily basis by those who are overcome by forces so dark that one forgets who they truly are. Some will say that Satan has truly made a comeback with all of the so-called evil and immoral behavior in the world. Aleister Crowley, the man they called the great “beast 666”, once commented that moralities are determined by social status and that the ordinary person abides by an ordinary morality while the elite practice a different form of it. Crowley states “Modern morality and manners suppress all natural instincts, keep people ignorant of the facts of nature and make them fighting drunk on bogey tales. Ordinary morality is only for ordinary people.” It is most certainly the ordinary people that find themselves in situations that are far from ordinary. When the ordinary becomes extraordinary it can either be seen as enlightening or terrifying. When we look through the glass darkly we can see that the ordinary can be twisted into something that is dark and foreboding. Every part of our history has a dark side. The world is a slaughterhouse disguised as an amusement park and there are cart wheeling clowns at every turn offering what can only be called the dark ride through and even darker history and future.
The so-called cart wheeling clowns begin to lift their disguises and we see that they are most certainly the bogeymen at the door, the serial killers, the cannibals, the violent offenders who have given us what can be called the dark histories where most of what they have done appears to be authored and orchestrated by Satan himself. The Spike Lee movie, Summer of Sam, was released in theaters in the Summer of 1999. The movie barely skiffs the personality of David Berkowitz and his motives for gunning down innocent victims in the Summer of 1977. The movie deals with scapegoats and how paranoia can make anyone who looks, acts, and dresses differently an agent of corruption. In the Summer of 1977, New Yorkers were living a nightmare. Manson was just one of the few who obviously had synchronicity against him. In the years before the media foretold of his coming in an odd sort of way. The connections to Manson go beyond the paranormal. They are actually a poetic Apocrypha scrawled out with blood and guts in the handwriting of the media machine that dares to dance with the Devil. Manson came on to the scene when the United States was suffering from religious paranoia. The very idea of an antichrist coming into the world was fortified in what was to become the powerful ultra right-wing. Articles in Time Magazine asked the question “Is God Dead” and the very story of the birth of the moon child or anti-Christ was ripe for the telling in a Motion Picture and book called Rosemary’s Baby, written by Ira Levin and later made into a motion picture directed by Roman Polanski.
We took a walk in the early morning hours to try and cope with things that were going on with our internet service and computer. We must have walked past a camera of some sort because within 2 minutes a police cruiser pulled up. He ask us where was we going, in away like he was wanting us to move the wrong way so that he could kill us. We immediately got his cruiser car number, and his badge identification for security purposes. He further stated that he knew we were posting Topics on the internet about things Americans needed to know, and he further stated that we were going to die for it. He claimed that a series of people were at the America's Best Value Inn Motel who were working for police, the feds, and others who may lie on us, its too many of them with spotless records for anyone to accept what we had to say. He says there is powers in numbers. He even claimed that the hackers is monitoring internet service at the Townhomes beside the motel, as well as at the motel, and what they are doing in Cherry Hill, will soon spread all over America. Several people have claimed that when they tried to surf the internet, it was like someone was controlling their computers. The computers go so slow as if someone is calculating each and every letter or number. The cop claimed that we will pay for speaking about the ritual Pope Francis and the Rappers were going to implement next weekend.
He even swore that they are forcing website moderators who is exposing the New World Order to speak ill against one another, like Infowars.com, and Beforeitsnews.com. We tried to explain to him that he couldn't go around threatening the life of a civilian simply because he had a badge. He then informed us that they can do anything they want because the American people is up for a rude awakening soon. These cops set people up to be killed, one guy told us as he and a friend walked up. He said that noone can challenge the cops because Governor Christie has them this way, and President Obama is pulling the strings from behind the scenes. The America's Best Value Motel cannot get many Guests because they are violating each and every Guests rights. The police claim that Americans don't have rights and that when Pope Francis reaches Philadelphia, Martial Law will be issued on the streets. The military, according to the cop, is going to shut things down. They are going to make sure the ritual takes place.
Eighteen years after the event Betty Cash died of cancer. During those eighteen years Betty suffered a number debilitating maladies that many believed were the result of radiation exposure. Taking a look back at a Ground Zero article written by Maxx Damage called Bio-Fear Bad Omens From Ground Zero a list of many deadly diseases shows us that Betty's symptoms were similar to Ebola or some other strain that we have yet to be privy to:

Vickie and Colby Landrum to this day are plagued with chronic skin problems. Their immune systems have been weakened. And their eyes have been damaged as well. When we open the saucer full of secrets we may not like what we see. We may not want to know the truth. Do you feel that the world would benefit from the truth? It makes you hope and pray for the alien scenario doesn't it? It would be a lot easier to pin the blame for these horrible experiments on evil little creatures from other planets who consider themselves superior than on a government that is supposed to care about it's citizens. The inescapable conclusion is that if we are to believe the stories of abductees and those who have had encounters then secret human experiments are being conducted in Western democracies for some purpose that is still unknown or classified. The human predatory factor is disturbing. If humans are carrying out these experiments then we need to try and understand the purpose of such clandestine activities. What is the interest in chemical spraying, brain implants, virtual reality or holographic imaging for the civilization of the future? Why has the military proposed usage for more of these things for the next 25 years? Why does government constantly warn us that a biochemical attack is probable and that there have been measures taken to insure that the country will be safe from a terrorist attack, or an even greater threat? Because it is inevitable. A strain of new diseases can be, or will be released to thin the herd. The trigger will be pulled and you won't even know that you are dying both mentally and physically because it is a subtle alien virus that will mutate and render the population ill, or mentally incapacitated and ready for suggestion. New drugs can be or will be created in order to modify human behavior. Propaganda will change your perspective and those who are unaware will be batting for the other side. It's as simple as putting a pod under the bed and waiting for the victim to succumb to its alien twin. To use a popular science fiction example.
Even though we love to speculate on the alien idea for the sake of not sounding too prosaic. We cannot rule out the human predatory hypothesis. Or we can equally give license to both explanations. Both are mysteries and both make us ask why? We are seeing the virtual unraveling of such mysteries as information is being released. It his difficult to discuss such things when everyone wants to point out that they know more than others and that their theory is the definitive one. They are quick to determine that certain things are hoaxes because the evidence in hand does not perform in the way that they have believed it to perform. We cannot judge something inhuman or above human by human standards, and we cannot argue for or against something that may be hypothetical mind expansion and fantasy. That is if all of this is fantasy. That by some sick joke it has gone out of control and has caused mass hysteria all over the world. Many people who are involved with Ufology and conspiracy are believers in search of a belief. Not people who are in search of the truth. Alien disclosure would not be welcome if you found out that the reality of alien activity might not be altruistic as many new age, incense burning "alien " Sedona Arizona groupies would have you believe. There are more stories that point to inhumane acts at the hands of draconian aliens from human and animal mutilations to experimentation and death.
In the year 2000 stories are surfacing about new technologies, the paranoia about Bio-warfare is prevalent and there are still stories about UFO's and their uncanny capabilities. The new Ufology tells us that not all things strange in the sky are Extra Terrestrial, however the inspiration for such craft may have come from our alien counterparts. The use of strange chemicals to kill may also have been the result of accidental extra terrestrial infestation. The dark thought is that all of the bio chemical agents are being used intentionally to further an alien agenda, which is clearing the planet of human life and replacing it with a far superior alien-human hybrid. The very thought of a mass harvest of humans by aliens is considered unsound and demented, yet we are hearing that the harassment and intrusive experimentation on humans is happening all the time. Victims of so called close encounters are allegedly being catalogued and tracked like cattle. Many times we hear of close encounters with alleged extra terrestrial craft or EBE's and the only proof left behind is in the bodies of the victims. Implants and chips exist but are they really extra terrestrial proof? The close encounters that were talked about in the 60's through the 80's have evolved into horror stories of intrusive mind control experiments, and genetic manipulation in what victims say are military research labs, and underground research facilities. Gone are the days of alien beings wanting us to save the environment. Now we are told that perhaps clandestine military intelligence groups are working in tandem with extra terrestrials.

However we cannot ignore them because if we find that more of these experiments are taking place it would be a grave matter for national security. This would mean much to the chagrin of non-believers that a covert military intelligence task force is involved with intrusive operations where people are rounded up and experimented upon. That perhaps a threat within the military even within government has been allowed to run amok unquestioned to perhaps bring about some sort of controlled society. It is evident that the so called alien abduction stories have all kinds of ties to behavior control, mind control, microwave testing, kidnapping, and bio chip tracking. If aliens aren't carrying them out then they are being performed by humans to humans. you feel that the world would benefit from the truth? The rhyme was also taken from a Hindu ritual known as the Twilight Dance of Shiva. Many rhymes are attached to death and destruction which parents refuse to look into. The idea is to dance around Shiva until you fall down from exhaustion. "Ring around the Rosy, A Pocket full foe Posies, Ashes, Ashes, We all fall down." Yet parents aren't questioning this. This particular nursery rhyme was talking about the Black Plague. Is a Plague being planned for the population that is being shared with children in 2015? The original Black Plague, or Black Death, had been known in England for centuries as a ghastly and horrible way to die . The victim's skin turned black in patches, and the inflamed glands or 'buboes' in the groin, combined with compulsive vomiting, a swollen tongue and splitting headaches, made it a horrible, agonizing killer. Though the disease was originally called the "Great Mortality", and the "Great Pestilence," the name "Black Death" was eventually adopted because of the appearance of black boils caused by dried blood under the skin from internal hemorrhaging. The first indications of the disease were a red ring that formed around your cheeks. Then you would begin to sneeze as the bacterial infection held you in its deadly embrace. The bacterium would spread to the victims' lungs, causing them to fill with frothy, bloody liquid. This derivative of the disease was known as the pneumonic plague, and would quickly spread from person to person through the air.This was sort of like the disease which killed several people in 2015, where news reporters for CNN, Foxnews, and MSNBC stated that people caught it from commercial air conditioners.
However, in the spring and summer of 1665, an outbreak of bubonic plague spread from parish to parish until thousands had died, and the huge pits dug to receive the bodies were full. People were dying at the rate of 7000 per week. The smell of death permeated the streets, and it was wise to carry with you a pocket full of flowers to give relief the pungent smell of putridity. Physicians used to carry scented herbs and flowers, in front of their noses, in an attempt to ward off the plague. Traditional 17th century London physicians wore long robes and a long beaked mask with posies stuffed inside. The bodies needed to be burned to kill the bacteria before the mass graves were filled, resulting in the phrase, "Ashes Ashes". In other versions of the verse, the phrase was "Achoo Achoo", indicating the sneezing associated with the pneumonic plague. There are many people who have decided that this particular rhyme does in fact have ties to the plague of 1665; however, the first renditions of the rhyme were not written until 1881. This means that, if it were truly a rhyme that was created during the plague, it would have to have been recited for nearly six hundred years. This makes the plague connection suspect. However, one third of the earth's population, perhaps more, succumbed to the plague, and it could have been picked up very quickly as an elegy or a culling verse, taken from something that was created before. It could be a parody of a previous song or verse.
After we posted alot of information about what goes on illegally, and sinisterly, at many hotels and motels being ran by Hindu Indians, a friend and I listened to conversations between four blackmen, 3 black women, two caucasian males, and 3 caucasian women. They were discussing some of what they had overheard employees at one motel speaking about. One group had the "acceptance mentality", while the other group with the already accepted mentality, were working on the "support the financially dominant ones mentality", in anything and in everything they say or do. Later we observed a few of the people taking medication of some sort. What is psychiatrists up to in 2015? And why are so-called parents on psychotropic medications trying to raise children? It was recently revealed that over 90% of women and men who have killed children were on medication of some sort. Yet the local news medias are always evading this information when you ask them about it. Parents have lost nearly all parental rights as a result of heavily medicated parents who either brutally beat their children, got into vehicle incidents with their children while on psychotropic medicines, or killed their children because the micro-chips within certain psychotropic medicine told them to do so. And as all of this unfolded, freemasons running the courts were happy to rule in favor of the State vs. the Parent. It not only added to their New World Order agendas, but they've managed to construct a society where the children are telling the parents what to do and how to live! These days, over 92% of American parents with children that go to elementary, junior high, or high school, are relieved that their children are away from them.
Children today are nothing but dollar figures to many of their parents, even though thousands will disagree. They'll disagree because it challenges the very core of their survival in these times. They'll tell you that they love their children, but when the child is off to school, and is being indoctrinated by their teachers, they don't seem to care what the child is learning. And as biological and psychological warfare continues to tear apart Native American communities, leaders within those states seem to be concerned only with schooling the children! Children are taught not to respect their parents in many schools across the U.S. Infact, Counselors for many of the schools will usually pull children out of class just to ask them what goes on inside their homes. Your child could very well be the destruction of you if you aren't careful in 2015! And some of the stuff they are still teaching children is horrifying. One thing we noticed that is still being taught to children in some schools is certain nursery rhymes.
If the Well of souls is ever destroyed, if the dome of the rock is decimated, this will signal Armageddon. This will signal war. The Well of Souls is purportedly located below a natural cave under the rock upon which Jewish tradition says Abraham prepared to sacrifice his son Isaac. Islamic tradition indicates Muhammad ascended to heaven from this same stone. According to pre-Islamic folklore the well of souls was a place where the voices of the dead could be heard along with the sounds of the Rivers of Paradise. There are some Christians and Jews that believe that the well of souls also has buried in one of its Chambers the Ark of the Covenant. There are archeologists that claim the Ark was moved from the Ethiopian Palace of Sheeba. A palace dedicated to the worship of the beings who came from Sirius adorned with Pentagrams. The pentagram can be traced back to being a symbol of the star, Sirius. Albert Pike, premiere Mason, and master occultist of 19th century America, identified the “blazing star” which is at the center of every Masonic lodge as the star, Sirius. Sirius is the brightest star in the heavens and is part of the constellation Canis Major (“Great Dog”). For this reason, among others, it is called the “dog star.” Because of its brilliance, it was worshipped by the ancient cults of both Sumer and Egypt as a god. It was the center of the stellar tradition in Sumeria. It is also known as the “blue star.” Sirius was known to the Greeks as Sothis and to the Egyptians as Set. Set is the Egyptian religion’s devil, and is represented as a dog-headed man. He is called by Masons and Rosicrucians the “Argentinium Astrum” or Silver Star, and is the patron of the highest three degrees (or spheres) of the magical Tree of Life (from the Cabala.) His reputation extends back in literature to the time of the Greek writer, Herodotus. An Altar at the Palace of Sheeba was dedicated to the God So this the Greek word for Sirius. On the Altar was where the Ark used to be. A cult of Sothis developed in Ethiopia with the arrival of Judaism continued until 600 AD, They found that the buildings at the site were aligned with Sirius the brightest star in the heavens. There are also symbols of the blazing star, rising sun and obelisk that adorned the altar. The ritualistic symbolism and altar was dedicated to the process of beckoning the ultra terrestrials to come and inhabit the bodies of humans, making them Avatars or shape shifters. While these symbols were shown in Avatar they also prominently displayed in Washington DC. Pentagrams, obelisks and Pentagons are all a part of the symbolism of the alien presence, the Luciferian, Illuminati presence in the seats of power.

The mirroring story of human kind infiltrating and destroying indigenous tribes in the fictional Pandora, the blue skinned alien Na’vi , the gate and pentagon create the message of as above, so below. This is a term used by magicians and hermeticists and indicates that there is a connection with heaven and earth. Moreover, there is a connection between the earth, stars, rocks, animals and trees. This is the very same message that is being conveyed in Avatar. The symbolism around the All-Seeing Eye, Pentagram, and the Blue skinned alien Na’vi are also a reference to the star Sirius. Sirius has long been the connector of heaven and earth. Some believe that it is a direct gateway to the gods. Through this supposed gateway to heaven mankind can speak with the dead, and the Gods that watch over us. This idea is also demonstrated in Avatar with the healing tree of luminescent strands called “The Tree of Souls.” This tree sits on top of the deposit of “Unobtanium” a mineral of unspeakable power. The tree of souls is also the place where the Na’vi are able to hear the voice of their dead ancestors and the voice of Eywa. The Military installation on Pandora wants to destroy the Tree of Souls in order to get the Unobtanium underneath it. Just think of the “Well of Souls”, in Israel, and the secret that allegedly is underneath it. The Dome of the Rock is a Muslim shrine in Jerusalem where Solomon’s Temple used to be. (NOTE: ON SEPTEMBER 12, 2015, THERE WAS VIOLENCE AND KILLINGS AT THE SHRINE) In religious prophecy, the Dome of the Rock plays a significant role. It is believed that it will be destroyed before the second coming, and the new Temple of Solomon will be built. It is also believed to have a secret buried underneath it in a chamber called the Well of Souls.
In fact, the chanting of Yahweh in reverse is even more frightening than if it were some Egiptian deity brought into existence by Crowley. Invoking the reverse of Yahweh means that the movie very well could have exposed millions of people to a literal Luciferian ritual, bringing the world into the sphere of demonic influence. In 1984, there were worries that perhaps the movie “Nightmare on Elm Street”, inspired the real life “night stalker” Richard Ramirez. The movie, the Matrix, was released just weeks before the Columbine massacre. Like suspects, Dylan Kliebold and Eric Harris, the character of Neo had no friends and was trained to be a killing machine for a group of outcasts that believed the world was a computer construct. The Matrix was so effective that it created a mental disorder in people called “Matrix delusion” where people actually thought they are living in a computer program. The movie “The Truman Show” also was effective in creating a disorder where people believed that they are living in a reality TV show. Avatar also spawned its own psychosis. It was reported on CNN that many people fell into depression after seeing the film. Many had suicidal thoughts. Many people walked out of the theater and saw the real world as dying and decaying. Many thought that if they were to kill themselves they would be reborn or transformed into the blue creatures, and would live their lives in a paradise like Pandora. Now ask yourself, did the rituals and hidden meanings in the movie have no ill effects? Do names in a film really have no meaning? Think about it for a minute and wonder how this affects people. It is ritualistic magic. It is predictive programming with words, names, and images.The Na’vi alien race live on the lush and green Pandora. The names Na’vi and Pandora have secret meanings as well. Na’vi is an ancient Hebrew word. It can be used as a singular word Navi, meaning the prophets of ancient times, or the plural Nevium, that refers to the “books of the prophets” in the Hebrew bible which contains the books of Joshua through Kings. Pandora, of course in mythology, is the first woman that opens a box or jar and unleashes evil into the world. The human base on Pandora is run by the Security Operations (SECOPS). On the patch they wear, you see some interesting Latin words and symbols.
It is nothing but an inherited jigsaw puzzle of fact, fantasy, and metaphor. If we empower religious words and rituals it would be wise to understand just what is being empowered. We would not want to perform as an inexperienced Shaman, with a loaded spell. However, loaded spells are exactly what the elite love to cast. There are several secret “alien” words spoken by the Na’vi, or the Anti Christ, that are literally inverted or is backwards names for God. It is known that inverting a name, or saying it backwards, thawarts or diminishes the meaning. Saying a Deity’s name in reverse is to some, blasphemy.
For example: Tsu-tay, a main character is actually “Je’ sus” when inverted, One of the flying creatures known as the Mountain banshee, or Ikran, is named tsu-jey, which is Jesus said backwards. The main goddess the Na’vi worship is Eywa, which is Yahweh said in reverse. Eywa sounded much like Aiwass, a being that appeared to the Dark Magician Aleister Crowley and dictated the book of the Satanic law to him. Aiwass was part of the title, Aiwass Har-par-khered, which is actually what Crowley interpreted as “Horus the Child.” Eywa in the movie is female and certainly not male. However, the chanting of Eywas or Aiwass in the scene where rituals was little frightening for some. Ritual scenes in the film seemed to build and raise power and excitement for thousands. It triggered feelings much like ceremonial magic rites do. If one attends a “black mass” at Eso-zone, a gathering of magicians and philosophers, the feelings you'll felt when the Na’vi did their rituals are exactly the same. A possession by Eywa?
If the symbol is inverted, it looks similar to the Egyptian head dress of the gods. It certainly is a symbol that is line with what we know to be Illuminating. It also represents an alien god form recognized not only on earth, but on other planets as well. Anciently, it is written that a similar “God form” who inhabited a body of human on earth was the God Amen ra. Like much of Ancient Egiptian history, the history of worship and the meaning of Amen Ra was lost until recent times. He was also called Amen kem-atef, or the great Serpent or Dragon God from the Sun. According to Ancient Egiptian history, Amen Ra is a sun God, lord of the sky, and king of the Egiptian world. He is perceived as a primeval deity present in chaos at the creation of the cosmos. He had blue skin, similar to the Nav’i of Pandora. HOWEVER, THE BENEVOLENT EGIPTIAN GODS HAD GREEN SKIN! The scene in which Jake, in his blue skinned Avtar form, rides on a winged serpent, is very similar to the story of Amen Ra. Amen Ra also shares the same attributes as Moloch, Marduk, and Baal. Moloch, is of course a Phoenician deity that is worshipped by our leaders at the Bohemian grove ceremonies. It is said that Amen Ra took a mortal to be his wife. The Princess of Amen Ra allegedly was found buried deep in a vault at Luxor, on the banks of the Nile. Her mummified corpse was in an ornate coffin and was purchased by four rich Englishmen that died mysterious deaths after they purchased the artifact. There were at least 20 others who died mysteriously after coming in contact with the Princess. American archaeologists who dismissed the happenings as coincidence, paid a high price for the mummy and arranged for its removal to New York.
The Mummy was transported to New York on the Titanic. The Titanic hit an Iceberg and sank. 1500 people died in that disaster. James Cameron the director of Avatar was also the director of the movie Titanic. The word Amen according to Oxford English Dictionary sources means “certainty, truth”. In Finlayson’s Symbols and Legends of Freemasonry it is stated that “AMEN”, is the great unknown God of the sun. The true master whose name is an untranslatable word, the same in all languages, is a name of the great God of Egypt.” In the book of Revelation Chapter 3:14, God is called “the great AMEN”. So the question is, could there be a secret about the Gods that the elite know about that we don’t? Is there alien Gods being worshipped or ritualized, in forms that we are unaware of? After all, after every prayer we say the name Amen. We unite in one prayer, Yahweh, Jesus, and an Egiptian serpent god, Amen ra. Think of the symbolism, we await the uniting of man and god. A blue skinned God or alien God that will become a great leader. He will hold within him the blood of the serpent, and the blood of man. This has also been called the connection of the “blue blood.” It is the bloodline that many people believe exist in the kings, presidents and rulers of today. Is the truth hidden in plain sight in the Movie Avatar? Are the thousands of people who have watched this film, unknowingly, initiates in a ritualistic revealing of past, present, and future events, that have been held secret by the elite? One of the things that really strikes discord with Christians, Muslims, and Jews, is that their religions are merely a hand me down, or is watered down versions of that which was taught in the secret schools. Everything about the various religions is true, and everything about them is false.
After being overwhelmed with this information, we then started to get a clearer picture as to why so many people are going crazy about Pope Francis. If anyone visits the Craigslist for Philadelphia and for New Jersey, you'll see that it in hundreds, perhaps thousands, who are cashing in on Pope Francis. Many of them are renting rooms with prices so extreme its a wonder the feds haven't been watching. The feds are more concerned with our posts, than they are for those white colar crimes right under their noses! Alot of whats going in Philly, New Jersey, New York, and in Delaware, such as white collar crimes, killings, assassinations, home invasions, and more, led us to watch the movie entitled; "Avatar." The movie Avatar opened our eyes to alot of things. The film is loaded with symbolism and occult rituals that channeled directly to those who watched it. When thousands of people are exposed to a film like Avatar, it is imperative to analyze what message is being sent. For the film represents our past as well as our future. It has all of the trappings of occult symbols and names, and the scenes of devastation can only be described as biblical (which many gays and lesbians are trying to get rid of) and symbolic. The symbolic nature of the film borders on Luciferian or Illuminating lore that is discussed primarily in secret schools, and in lodges of knowledge. The truth is, the public may not know that they witnessed a re-telling of Eden. However, this time we witness the burning of Eden, the tampering with the tree of life, and the "genetic" makeup of mankind. The Avatar story reveals that humankind goes from time of Genesis, or the time of the Genetic Isis (The era of water), to the time of Genetic gnosis, the time of the fire of knowledge, Illumination (the Apocalypse), and Palingenesis, a term used to describe the transmigration of consciousness or soul from one body to another. In mythology, Palingenesis is often associated with the return of the Phoenix. Our future is on course for total destruction and renewal, with the answer to survival being our own transference into genetically altered containers that can withstand the harsh environment of the new world.
Friends also recently checked into the America's Best Value Inn Motel and wanted to see what was going on with the internet. What they found was startling. Some of the chaos and hacking done on the internet against certain Guests were led to three or more parties. The first party who came up monitoring the activities of Guests was the Maintenance Worker Computer. The Maintenance Worker Computer led directly to the maintenance worker for the motel. His name is Harry Warner, who also has certain Guests who monitors for him when his Supervisor isn't present. Other parties who came up was in certain rooms within the motel. These are those who are making special trips to and from the motel; spreading information. Some of them may leave their rooms at 2:00 am, or 3:00 am, in the mid-shadow hours, giving reports on what they have seen or have heard. We know who they all are but will withhold this information for now. Usually when they get on their monitoring job, if they have children, the children would be instructed to hang around certain Guests doors, and make up something. This method isn't new at all because in certain cities within the U.S., children have been used as tools for destroying others. Many of these cases can be found in Court Digests or Transcripted Court Cases. Most of the time Social Services would have something to do with this sort of activity. Other parties who came up monitoring Guests computers had IP Addresses which led a federal building, to certain police officers, and to Comcast Communications. These Topics must be very powerful to be drawing such attention as they have been recieving, and we pray that all those who may have been harmed in any way because of fishing expeditions recieve a great blessing from their Creators. May those who have sought to harm for their on person gain and self-gratification, recieve back the evils in which they sowed. Which brings us to our next point. Three informants at the motel, who usually speak with each other daily, had threw away a tissue in which had blood on it. We had been wondering about them anyway and thought it would be necessary to see what they were. So a friend, posing as a homeless person, walked over to the garbage can and got the paper. We then sent it to another friend for testing. What we found out was both startling and informative. It appears that the blood DNA from one woman has yielded analyses so unusual and interesting that our lab person thought it was the blood of a hybrid. Her DNA is very rare and unusual. Is she one of the hybrids living amongst humans in society, and is secretly working as an informant for police, the feds, or the U.S. Government? Things that make you go hmmm...
A few days ago we had informed the readers how informants were being used at many hotels and motels across the U.S. Then we informed you how certain employees and informants were targeting Mrs. Sarah, and her husband, at the America's Best Value Inn Motel in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Since the revealing of the activity, there has been many secret changes taking place to further hide their informants. Many police and the feds are using informants which is causing a major stir! Informants are even getting involved with parties who seek assistance from churches or other religious organizations, which has become troubling. This happens because certain Guests staying at motels are having their rooms monitored closely by police, while cell phone companies is listening in on calls. However, sometimes cell phone companies allow police to monitor cell phone towers in which to get the goods on their so-called person(s) of interest. These facts came to pass when friends monitored the monitors, so to speak. Thus, when someone visits certain people staying at the motels, all eyes are usually on the visitors and their vehicles. Many times informants will get the license plates of the vehicles, and would immediately contact certain officers on "police donated" cell phones that were given to them. The officer then secretly runs a check on the vehicle. After finding out who the motorists are and where they work, the information is then given to someone who has a connection to the motorists. Then the rumors fly. In other cases where churches have helped those really in need, many times those in need who were not snitches, nor did they engage in any vain conversation with lost souls, had the informants make secret trips to the churches they sought assistance from. Lies started being spreaded which ended the relatuionship of the churches from those seeking help. This information was provided, recently, by a large number of church members who thought it was odd that certain people living in motels with others, would go outside their way to block aid from one in need. Cherry Hill, and other parts of southern New Jersey, can breed some seriously people.
Some of these lost books, or rejected books do in fact deal with prediluvian events, about which only intriguing hints may be found in Genesis. That several texts dealing with very ancient events were once in circulation to be later completely lost. It has been assumed by many that the Watchers are so named, because they were set to the task of watching Man. However, if you read The Book of Enoch, where he speaks of being taken to the First and Sixth Heavens by the angels, you will see that they are watching the stars and the heavens – counting and measuring the motions of said stars and planets and cycles of time, as well as climatology and seismology. The Watchers is the biblical name of these extra terrestrials and Anunnaki is the Sumerian name. According to religious belief, the rebellion of these so-called fallen ones is because of Lucifer also known by his ancient name Azazel. Lucifer tried to raise himself above God and fell from grace bringing with him the fallen ones. While there is no biblical evidence to support the idea that the Watchers were all killed off after the flood, there is further belief that many of the Watchers had evolved and started to mimic human kind. The souls of these beings remained with the Earth and were given the power to attach themselves to humans. Humans, possessed with these beings, were transferring the power of these Nephilim into the bodies of their progeny. Think of all of the child sacrifices that took place in ancient time. The possibility that this was a culling to eliminate the possession of the children by the Nephilim is a compelling possibility.
There is also the compelling possibility that these so-called progeny that survived The Flood were also worshiped and established ancient religions that were called blasphemous. The evidence is found in the writings of the ancient atomists (Democritus, but especially Epicurus and Lucretius) as part of an overall philosophical argument against the various religions that appeared after the appearance of these beings. According to Epicurus and Lucretius, belief that the gods interfere in human affairs was the root of all evil, causing human beings to engage in all manner of vile and foolish activities, from war to child sacrifice. In Lucretius’s famous words (which 17 centuries later were to become a favorite taunt of the anti-Christian elements of the Enlightenment), “Tantum religio potuit suadere malorum” (Only religion was able to persuade men of evil things). Or belief in child possession – where ritualistically a child was put to death because of its possible heritage that leads back to the Nephilim. The Nephilim or these extra-terrestrial Watchers have had their eye on this counter clock world for thousands of years – the slow revelation of disclosure has failed in the political arena, but has been hinted at recently from Vatican astronomers. Rev. Christopher Corbally, S.J., an astronomer at the Vatican Observatory, believes that if we discover the existence of extra-terrestrials it will entail an expansion of the Catholic theology. He admits that “while Christ is the First and the Last Word (the Alpha and the Omega) spoken to humanity, he is not necessarily the only word spoken to the whole universe.” Thomas O’Meara, O.P., Professor of Theology at Notre Dame, argues that “he history of sin and salvation recorded in the two testaments of the Bible is not a history of the universe; it is a particular religious history on one planet.” For O’Meara, “the central importance of Jesus for us does not necessarily imply anything about other races on other planets. Believers must be prepared for a galactic horizon, even for further Incarnation.”
Then comes the incarnation of Christ: the union of an extra-terrestrial God’s divinity with our humanity. Human beings were thereby placed at the center of the cosmic drama, which made no room for questions about the redemption of other intelligent beings. The metaphor of the UFO, the alien, the conspiracy, and the final possession or surrender of earth and its inhabitants is slowly replacing the chariot of fire, the angel, evil, final judgment and rapture of the faithful into the presence of God. We look at religion with our eyes squinting through a small hole. Equally, science seems to be looking through the same hole with eyes skewed and sees things in a different way. In the small hole we see simple encounters throughout history as being godly and angelic and, as the hole widens through time, we see a new perspective that rips the hole even wider. We start to see a new religious and scientific synthesis taking place where man learns that his origins cannot be completely explained with science or religion unless we apply a migratory hypothesis. Man and his counterparts in the universe have quite possibly hopped from planet to planet and that the Genesis that we read about in the Bible is only part of the story and not all of it. The Bible could be a book that explains the origins and the future of man in such a way not to upset or provoke a harsh response. It uses mythologies and metaphors that try to tell the story in storybook form. It doesn’t want to reveal everything, it leaves the reader with the responsibility to use wisdom and realize that we have everything God has right at our fingertips and that if we apply them then we will find the truth. We will be able to figure out where we came from and what our origins truly are.
Nearly six thousand years ago, mankind kept scrolls and records that have been translated manipulated and falsely interpreted in order to keep the great mysteries, mysterious. Secrets have been held by high priests and secret societies for centuries and people still believe that covenants do not exist and that no one and no group can keep a secret. Since the times of the ancient scribes, we have been able to produce more information with the aid of computers and retrieval systems. We have had people claim to find super intelligent codes in the Bible and we have found that magical interpretations have been replaced with somewhat scientific explanations – this takes away all faith in a magical God.Keeping the faith in God in this age of “global enlightenment” is more frightening than it used to be. It is harder to believe and have faith when facts are demanded and an Apocalypse leaved nothing to the imagination. The very insinuation that the Bible doesn’t explain everything about our creation sparks a lot of anger from Christian Fundamentalists that want to assure you that the Bible is full of facts that should not be questioned. Saying that the Bible is factual goes against everything that defines faith. Faith to me has always been a strong conviction that something exists even though there is no proof that it does. Faith and belief have always been associated with second-hand information. Those who dwindle in faith demand facts. When it comes to facts about our origins, it is a tremendous challenge to convince a Bible literalist to explore what is called antediluvian history that has been written on ancient papyri scrolls found in caves near Qumran and the Dead Sea.

Well, its has begun. Over 75 people, all week long, has been going to the America's Best Value inn Motel in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, sat in the parking lot, and tried to use the internet in a variety of ways. They were seeking to find conspiracies involving the internet at this particular location because of many complaints. On September 16, 2015, it was established that a special kind of software is being used within the internet system by Comcast Communications, that prohibits parties from hiding their IP Addresses from hackers or spies. Even some within the Townhomes next door to the motel is experiencing an invasion of this sort with their internet service. And while this is taking place, google-analytics.com, google-retrieve.com, and Readjs.revsci.net, is logging and storing data from each and every computer. It appears that informants in motels all across the U.S. has gotten their wish. We recieved a call today from parties within Philadelphia, who overheard secret dealings with many financial tycoons. The move was first pushed by New Jersey Governor, Chris Christie, who then connected with the New Jersey Homeland Security, and secretly with Local News Media Sources, several Senators, the Clintons, Carla Fiorina, Jeb Bush, and others. From what is being revealed, this new move will spread first at all hotels and motels across the U.S. Then it will be pushed at you within your private homes.
According to sources, Hotspot Shield, Tor Services, Hideallip, Safeip, Realhideip, and a myriad of other ip hiding software is being blocked out by this new software. It is being said, in secret, that its very hard to keep tabs on all Americans when they can hide their Ip addresses from government sources temporarily. Also, their main concern is when the feds and local police puts informants on American citizens, its hard for the informants to keep track of internet activity. And as a result, the America's Best Value Inn Motel is the first experimental internet project. Infact, they have been discussing this all along. Remember, for many months, EFF has been working with a broad coalition of advocates to persuade the Federal Communications Commission to adopt new Open Internet rules that would survive legal scrutiny, and actually help protect the Open Internet. According to the FCC’s own fact sheet, the proposed rule will allow the FCC to review (and presumably punish) non-neutral practices that may harm consumers, or edge providers. EFF later filed a letter with the FCC urging it to clarify and sharply limit the scope of any general conduct provision. The EFF stated that: The Commission should use its Title II authority to engage in light-touch regulation, taking great care to adhere to clear, targeted, and transparent rules. A general conduct rule, applied on a case-by- case basis with the only touchstone being whether a given practice harms consumers or edge providers, may lead to years of expensive litigation to determine the meaning of harm (for those who can afford to engage in it). What is worse, it could be abused by a future Commission to target legitimate practices that offer significant benefits to the public. Accordingly, if the Commission intends to adopt a general conduct rule it should spell out, in advance, the contours and limits of that rule, and clarify that the rule shall be applied only in specific circumstances.
