B....Meditation is a great way to pass time and sort thoughts.

Sometimes a bunch of thoughts swirl around in your head and you can't make any sense of it, but if you concentrate on just ONE. It helps you see clearer.

That's an easy question, almost pointless (if I'm understanding you right)

People have uncomfortable thoughts, but it's called using "SELF CONTROL" or simply "HAVING MORALS"

You can't blame evil for your bad actions. That's just rediculous. "Oh,, the devil made me do it." What a load of crap.
