The Bible was not written by God....Wen I open it it does not say Written by God the Father and illustrated by Jesus.
The Bible was written by man. My personal belief is that the bible (written over thousands of years...and we all know how the grapevine changes the origional idea) is a fictional "story" based on fact. I feel it was written to instill morals and rules for people to follow and lead a good life. The Old Testiment contradicts the New. Where in the Bble does it say you have to assemble. I have never read those words. Jesus said "If you lift a stone, I will be there" not "Go to church every Sunday."
Here's a question....If you don't believe in God...according to the Bible....You'll never get into heaven. So, what about people who have not accepted "Christ" in their hearts, yet live better lives than most so-called christians that I know. (Example....Ghandi...Confucious...Buddha...or Lao-tse(look him up..very interesting read)
At the risk of starting an arguement, why do we have to go to church at all? Isn't God everywhere? And doesn't he see and hear all? Can you say it's wrong if I choose to worship in my own way in my own house on my own time? And can't it be considered worship if I live according to the rules and morals taught to me by my creator (who or what ever that may be)?
Religious topics....bring 'em on!!!! Always my favorite debate.....
See my post on "Questions for guys" off the home page. Unfortunately, human nature is to find someone who is physically attractive as well as emotionally attractive. It is sad, but it is a reality.
Two weeks I've been here. I'm sure there are people willing to meet somewhere. Why else would we be here in the frst place?
However, we as a society are so on the move all the time, I find that, even myself, we tend to come here, check to see if we have any mail (in the hopes that someone read our profile for once) or maybe got a flower that doesn't smell (well it doesn't die either, so I guess that's a plus)
So if something gets planned, please let me knw...I'll be there.

The only thing I find is rude, is when people don't return emails. If I took the time to read your profile and I email you, I kind of expect a resonse. Maybe I was raised differently than most....see my post on the "Questions for guys" forum off the home page.
I read everything. I respond to specific details in a profile that I think I have a similar interest in. Just because this site is free, doesn't mean we all have the time to send messages for nothing.
I am part of that 5% (read my profile) and it does discourage me often, but like I said, I'm very patient. I know the gal for me is out there, she's just really good at hiding...."come out come out where ever you are!!"
Here's what bugs me...I read everything all the time...I'm not here to hook up for a night...I'm looking for a long term deal.
It is however human nature to have a physical attraction. You can't say you're attracted to someone just based on personality. If you do I'll call you out on that and call you a flat out liar. Let's get real here.
Yeah, I DON'T look like Brad Pitt like my profile says, but that is my humor, and it got you to read farther along. Personality and humor along with a sense of responsability are important to anyone who is genuinely here for "love", but can you really say you'd be able to sit across from someone for the rest of your life if you are say, repulsed by facial hair and he has a beard, or you find someone who is the missing twin of an ex-husband? No, you can't. It's sad that our nature makes us that way, but that is reality.
However, my point being made, like I said, I read everything in front of me. f I email you, I expect a response. Even if there's no "connection", the polite thing to do is write back. Maybe I was raised differently. And let's be honest, the women here looking for the genetically perfect man on this thing, Those guys are usually dumber than rocks anyway...and we all know what steroids do to their...you know. HAHA
