OOPS !......yes i am....i read the post about you keeping your nose out cos you are in Spain.....but thought...what the heck!....been following the american campaign quite closely....America is such a huge influence on the whole world on all levels and hopefully if there is a positive change there it will have a knock on effect...I am not an American....but i was thrilled when i heard the news that Obama had one Iowa....
Hi there....first of all Obama did not have a muslim upbringing.....his father was posted to Java in Indonesia for work purposes.....as i am sure you are aware....Indonesia is a muslim nation.....Obama went to school there for a few years....schools in england are not called...Church of England schools....they are just schools......so i imagine that he just went to the nearest local school...simple as that...... as i child my parents decided to send me to a private school....it just happened to be a catholic run school....does that make me catholic....NO.....in fact i was born into another religion....my parents just decided that this particular school had the best education facilities in the area..... You said that you don't believe in what Obama stands for.....what do you think he does stand for?......from by perspective he seems like a very welcome breath of fresh air in these polluted times we live in.
