The handle should not be hot, just turn it to the front with two fingers, and voilà, grab it !

Her kids r out of the house and have their own lives. She is totally single with dogs and cats or none.

She can relocate at a moments notice.

Just sell the house thru an agent.

Yes. They would not move and stay under a strange mans roof as they knew they were. Not wanted even if the house was specially bought to accommodate all. A new house.
