Most defintely. A man and a woman should start as friends so they be more acquainted with each other. Over time, when that time is right, they would go to the next level in their relationship. However, if that romantic relationship isn't there, and said couple is really meant to be friends, and it's meant to be.
What attracts me to a woman, aside from the obvious ( her eyes, her face, her physical and inner beauty), is her sense of creativity and culture. I love a woman who is into the arts, music, and is very open-minded. Personally, I prefer to be with a woman who lives in the Carolinas, Virginia, and the Northeast US, where I'm familiar in my travels.
