Lucky for him you do that. My ex was 20 lifer as well. She retired 4 years before I did and moved here to CT leaving me to finish in Vegas. It was the WORST FOUR YEARS OF MY LIFE.
That is still great. You have no idea how many people I've run into that got out and regretted saying if I'd stayed in, I'd be retired by now. It was worth it to me.
